I had questions about what appeared to be major gum surgery instead of Laser and the office manager replied: "Would you rather lose your teeth it's your decision". Yeah, right. What a crock of crap. One of my adult children was told by her office that they would have to pay for the entire dental care and contact Delta Dental for reimbursement. Never in my life has a dental office told my family to get reimbursed by a dental insurance company instead of the office clearing the charges prior to work being done. It would appear this office is trying to overcharge customers by circumventing the insurance approval process. I would avoid this dentist.

I had a minor issue after and Dr Visage called and asked me to come right down and he took care of it the same day. Now that is great service. I've been to a lot of Dentists and the quality of Dr Visage work is far superior. I know he recently took over this practice and has made a lot of improvements including having his own flat rate agreement to care for your teeth, and not bill for each procedure. When he was doing an implant for me, he also saw a cavity and fixed it immediately without an extra appointment. The personal attention with a desire to give me oral health is well worth the cost of his Dental Agreement. David

BEWARE: The front office & billing staff is passive aggressive and impatient (screenshots for…read morereference). I was referred for a gum graft and paid $1.4k out of pocket on the day of surgery. A billing staff member who identified herself as Erin told me that my primary insurance (Delta) had overpaid and the insurance company typically refunds the credit to the patient. When I contacted my primary insurance, they told me this does not happen. I was then told by the same billing staff member that the office - not the insurance - would be issuing the refund, contradicting what I had previously been told. During this process, I received a voicemail from them instructing me to stop contacting my insurance and let the office "handle it" as that would be "in my best interest"?? When I asked for an invoice or itemized statement to understand the charges and credit on my account, I was told that invoices are not provided. And to top it off, I have to get 2/4 teeth revised (without IV anesthetic which the office will not cover) because half the gum graft was unsuccessful.

Today, when he arrived for his scheduled appointment, he was informed that it had been canceled, and that a message had been left for him. We did not receive any messages or missed calls from them. He told the receptionist that and her reply was "OH" that's all she said like she knew they didn't call him. When he attempted to reschedule, he was informed that due to the previously missed appointments, he would need to pay $200 upfront for the next session. ODD why didn't they say that before? Makes no sense to us. The demeanor of the staff during this interaction was unprofessional, as it appeared that today's visit was intentionally scheduled as a sort of payback for his previously missed appointments, they never intended to see him and planned to waste his time just to tell him that and smirk while doing so. Not a great way to treat a patient. So unprofessional.
