Lovely coffee mug filled with goodies as a thank you
    Terri P.

We got an upgrade on our dental insurance and were able to see a dentist of our choosing after having a very bad experience with another provider. My daughter did all of the searching - I was so beat down by the last experience that I didn't even want to go to the dentist again, and hadn't - in several years. Anyway, daughter found Dr. Nima and had nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. Many months later I had a need to see a dentist and finally made an appointment. I had a chipped front tooth that had been filled in and repaired twice over 20 years. It had chipped off again, leaving me with a jagged front tooth. Very unattractive and dangerous to my tongue! I called and spoke to Shannon. She was very helpful. She was very accommodating and was able to get my husband and I both an appointment within a fairly short time. I had also explained my husband's anxiety when it came to dentists and she was completely understanding and assured me that they would handle his appointments accordingly. She emailed me paperwork for us to fill out and we sent it in before our appointments. Very handy! Upon arrival, I was greeted and checked in. In a very short amount of time I was called back by Sydney. She was friendly and took her time going over my medical info with me. She was informative about what we were going to be doing. There were extensive x-rays and also photos taken and Sydney was very good at it. I usually gag with x-rays and didn't have much trouble with her at all. She was thorough in her exam and didn't pinch and poke too bad when measuring my gums. She started to clean my teeth and then Dr. Nima came in and took over for his exam. He went over much of what Sydney had already explained (I had pre-periodontal disease and needed a deep cleaning). He was also thorough, friendly, personable and made me feel at ease. He also showed me that I had 4 metal fillings that were cracking my teeth and suggested refilling them with a non-metal substance. We then made a game plan for the deep cleaning, refilling the 4 teeth and also getting my chipped tooth fixed. Sydney finished my cleaning and sent me out to Shannon to make appointments. She was very good at getting me appointments that would work for me, all by the end of the year to take full advantage of my insurance. She is very knowledgeable about insurance, billing, etc. and made it very easy on me. I came back a couple of days later to get the first 2 of my fillings replaced, get the front tooth fixed and also the first half of my deep cleaning done. That appointment was a little more involved and overall, went okay. The only negative thing was that while Dr. Nima was drilling out the old fillings, the Dental Assistant was pressing super hard on my tongue to keep it out of the way. I've had a lot of surgeries and dental work done over the years. I'm not a sissy and I have never stopped a dentist mid-work before but I did then because it really hurt. She made a comment that she didn't want my tongue to get pierced by the drill - and although I can appreciate that reasoning, she was still pressing down too hard on my tongue and her somewhat smart-ass remark rubbed me the wrong way. What she should have said is, "I'm sorry, let me see if I can make an adjustment so that you'll be a bit more comfortable." I will say that she was good with the vacuum. She didn't let water or saliva pool in my mouth. Other than that, I'd prefer a different Assistant protecting my tongue. After the fillings were done and the front tooth fixed, I was sent back to Sydney for the deep cleaning. She was amazing. I actually ENJOYED my cleaning. She was super gentle on the injection and really took her time. That appointment was on a Friday. After I could feel my whole mouth again, I knew that something wasn't right with my front tooth. It was too long and was hitting my lower teeth. Also, there was a line coming down the tooth where it was obvious that it had been filled. Basically the coloring was a bit off. I called Shannon and she was able to get me in Tuesday morning. Dr. Nima refilled the tooth with more of a blend of colors and shaved it down so that it wasn't as long. The tooth looks and feels much better! Although the first try wasn't perfect, the fact that I was seen again so quickly to get it fixed was definitely much appreciated. The very next day I saw Sydney for the second half of my cleaning. It went well again and I'm pleased with how my treatment has gone so far. My husband made it to his appt and had the same process take place but with Jenny as the Hygienist. Considering his anxiety level, he did very well and said that Jenny, Dr. Nima and the entire staff really made it easy for him. He still has a lot more work to get done but his anxiety level isn't off the charts now. We're thrilled that we found Dr. Nima and his staff and look forward to a continued relationship.

At my first visit for a painful tooth, they took numerous X-rays with almost no explanation or communication. The dentist eventually came in, briefly told me what needed to be done, and I was sent off with antibiotics. No X-rays shown, no real discussion. During the root canal, despite explaining my anxiety and mild claustrophobia, they tried to force in an oversized plastic piece without a word. When I couldn't tolerate it, they only then tried a less massive option. The chair was reclined so far that my head was below my hips, which made the experience even more stressful. I was left hanging like that for nearly two hours without a break to sit up. Later, no aftercare instructions were provided. The billing was just as frustrating. Because of an error on the claims form, the insurance sent the reimbursement check to me instead of the office. When I brought in the payment, the office manager was defensive and rude, blaming the insurance despite it clearly being their mistake. A few days later, I received the exact same payment request again, despite already having paid, and with proof of payment. Not sure, what goes on in their office, but it seems pretty disorganized to me. I really wanted to like this place, but this was one of the worst dental experiences I've had. I won't be back.

As a 28 year old who has been to the dentist for cleaning every 6 months for over 20 years, I don't know why this started. I have been very open about my dental anxiety with this office and I know it is listed on my patient profile as well. My anxiety is so intense that they usually only do the bare minimum for cleaning, because that's all I can handle. I've never been prescribed anti anxiety medication for these appointments. They are not very compassionate towards my feelings when I come in. This is the only office that has ever pushed me to remove my wisdom teeth. As I finally decided to, I was told I would be put under general anesthesia. When I got there for the procedure, I was told 5 minutes before the procedure, that I would not be completely under or asleep the whole time. As someone who already has serve anxiety, this was super scary and I had no time to prepare. I woke up multiple times throughout the wisdom teeth removal and was in intense panick mode. When I woke up after the procedure was completed the nurse who was in the room with me, excessively repeated "breath through your nose and open your eyes" in frustrated/rude tone. I was trying to breath through my nose but was struggling to stop hyperventilating at the same time. And my eyes were already open. I tried to clam down so I could leave as soon as possible. I felt that while this office may be good for the general patient, if you have any sort of elevated dental anxiety, I would NOT recommend coming here. They just don't seem to be as compassionate as I wish they would be and they almost seem annoyed that I experience this uncontrolable anxiety. I cannot speak on their services because I feel mine are done a bit differently than the average persons (due to the anxiety that I experience)

I was also impressed with the modern tools in use - they did a full jaw/skull 3-D xray, the typical tooth X-rays and also took pics of my actual teeth. I was taken to the exam room where after a short wait Dr Gaddis came in to share her assessment of my X-rays. She too was very personable and knowledgeable- felt like I was in great hands - glad I chose this dental office. Dr Gaddis informed me that the hygienist will do the cleaning and let the Dr know if there was anything that needed review. I had to wait a bit for hygenist and then they had me wait again to see if the cleaning was covered. By the time the care coordinator came back to tell me I was covered and can proceed it was 3:45 and was told the cleaning should take another 40-45 min. I'm disappointed with all the waiting - I wish there was a way they can help set expectations more appropriately and hold true to their 90 min max appt expectation. I made an appt to come back for the cleaning - I was spent from the waiting and had to get back to work. 4 stars.

My father is an elderly patient who was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. He speaks very softly; he stutters and struggles with mobility. As a result, he is particularly vulnerable and depends on healthcare providers to communicate clearly, exercise patience, and treat him with dignity and professionalism. The problems began during the crown process, on April 20, 2026. At the temporary crown appointment, my father informed the technician that the temporary crown had a rough edge. He was told not to worry about it. He also received very little guidance regarding aftercare and had to ask questions himself about eating, brushing, and flossing. Just a few days later, part of the temporary crown fell out, requiring an additional visit to have it reattached. A few days after that, the same portion fell out again. By the time he returned for his final crown appointment, the temporary crown was once again broken. During the final crown appointment on May 2, 2026, the technician removed the temporary crown and attempted to place the permanent crown. When it did not fit properly, the dentist, Dr. Kirandeep Kaur, entered the room and attempted to adjust the crown by grinding or drilling it outside of my father's mouth. The crown was then placed again, and my father was sent for an X-ray. After returning to the treatment room, my father was instructed to bite down on the crown. The crown cracked. My father immediately asked, "Did it crack?" The dentist responded, "Yes." At that point, my father expressed that he was unhappy with the experience. The dentist apologized and explained that another crown would need to be made. She further indicated that she could produce a replacement crown using a lower-quality material because it could be completed more quickly, and that the fee would be reduced. A staff member from the front desk later entered the room to ask why my father was unhappy. He explained the sequence of events and his concerns. Afterward, the dentist suggested beginning treatment on another tooth while waiting for the replacement crown process. My father declined. What is most disappointing is what happened afterward. On May 5, 2026, I personally visited the office and met privately with the office manager, Bella. The office was empty at the time, and our conversation was cordial and respectful. I specifically stated that my goal was not to create conflict, but rather to resolve the matter professionally and privately. I explained that I preferred to spread "light and love" rather than anger and that I hoped we could reach a fair resolution. I requested three simple actions: 1. A written apology to my father. 2. That his account balance be reduced to zero. 3. That his complete dental records be provided so he could seek treatment elsewhere and complete any remaining work with another provider. I requested that these actions be completed by May 9, 2026. The only request that was honored was the release of his records. No apology was provided. The account balance was not adjusted. Instead, my father later received a bill that included charges related to the replacement crown that became necessary after the original crown cracked during the fitting process. I am particularly disappointed because the office was given an opportunity to resolve this matter privately and respectfully. Rather than addressing the concerns of an elderly Parkinson's patient and demonstrating accountability, they chose not to follow through on the requested resolution. Patients deserve competent care, clear communication, and professional treatment--especially elderly patients who may be less able to advocate for themselves. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

According to the American Association of Endodontists, a diagnosis of irreversible pulpitis (the clinical justification for a root canal) requires lingering pain of 30 seconds or longer after the cold stimulus is removed. A sensation that disappears instantly is actually consistent with a healthy or reversible response. Despite this, Dr. Kim told me the result proved I needed a root canal -- which directly contradicts standard endodontic diagnostic criteria. Additionally, no written cost estimate was provided before the procedure. Under the federal No Surprises Act, healthcare providers -- including dental offices -- are legally required to provide a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before any non-emergency service. I was only told the cost after the root canal was completed, which is a violation of this patient protection law. A second opinion from another dentist confirmed my concerns about the cold test interpretation. This experience felt rushed, financially motivated, and lacking in the diagnostic thoroughness that patients deserve. I would strongly encourage anyone here to seek a second opinion before agreeing to any invasive procedure, and to specifically request a written cost estimate upfront -- it is your legal right.
