I got a pedicure from Cindy, she was amazing. It was my first time there. I got a manicure from Lucas while Cindy was doing my feet. I got the deluxe as well. I did not expect to have ombré be $55 added onto the service for just the ombré effect. I got the dip manicure. They also charge $5 for extensions on the nails and $5 for shaping too. I brought my mom and she got the same manicure as me. Lele did her Manicure. The deluxe originally was just $35. So that plus the ombré, shape, and extension was $95 times 2. Lucas also did my eyebrow waxing, very quick. Besides the total of my pedi, mani, wax and my mom's mani being $297 unexpectedly, it was a great service. read more

They were very accommodating to us as walk ins. As we sat down both of our ladies would not stop trying to up charge me for things I said I didn't want. I asked for acrylic several times and instead they did gel. The shaping is awful and the pain job is sloppy. She cut my toe nails incredibly short and dug deep into my skin I can't wear shoes now. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and was extremely excited for some relaxing quiet time and got the exact opposite. I do not recommend I'm very unhappy with the results. read more

Went to get pedicures with my adult daughter. Place was bright and clean but the chairs look worn...they use disposable tub liners in -which I appreciate having 'caught' toenail fungus a few years ago from an incensed tub. They serve beverages. Of course they tried to upsell as we were both getting the basic pedi-which was pretty extensive including a scrub and warm towels on calves, with a very nice massage, too. Asked for: full set and pedicure I come in, told them I want a full set and pedicure. They sit me in the pedicure chair, two lady's tackle the job at once. Pedicure was okay, although she was scared to flood the nail bed which resulted in part of my toenails not even being painted and made them appear very small. Onto the full set. I chose red, color is fine. But she rushes the application as well as basically deciding the shape for me. The entire service was just so rushed and I felt like I was just another bill in their pocket. She cuts my cuticle and makes it bleed and still hasn't healed since. She was very insistent on how she was going to do my nails. I regret coming. I wanted to originally do medium square with nude acrylic and paint them black but walked out with dip powder. I hate dip powder but I was overwhelmed. Then I get my toes painted, I asked for gel polish, $20 EXTRA dollars on top of the $100 I was already paying. And guess what? My dip nails got regular polish. Never in my life have I ever seen that, they are now dull and busted up when I told them my job can result in them getting scratched up. The job was rushed and the application and turn out is just shit. Not coming back. $120.00 wasted. read more

After I told her that my nails were too short and that she needed to fix one, she tried to say. That my fingers were wired! i would give 0 stars if i could... these ladies will rush and not take the time you pay for when getting your nails done!! they OVERPRICE WAY TOO MUCH. i've gotten a set done the exact same just way longer and it was cheaper then what i paid today for the same shape and design just shorter. I was there 1-23-2023 and I go pretty regularly and have always loved them but this last time I got a different women and I don't know if she was new or just in a rush but she literally BUTCHERED my cuticles. She cut my index finger so bad that it bled for a few minutes to where she had to apply pressure and had the great idea to put acetone on the open wound on my finger. Look I'm not much of a complainer and I still paid FULL price for every service I got done plus tip. But I want you to be aware of who you let touch your hands. She's kind but she doesn't listen, blames you for her mistakes on your nails, charges for the things she didn't even do because she is so awful at listening, and literally insulted my appearance 3 times. The first mistake i forgave because she apologized and went on to fix it but then completely ignored the picture i had given her.
