Honest Review I went in for a nail fill and pedicure, but I was charged for a full set, which is not the service I received. I was also charged an additional $5 for a massage that I never requested or agreed to. On top of the incorrect charges, my nails looked horrible. I asked them to fix the issues and questioned the charges, but I was completely ignored. I'm very disappointed with the experience. Customers should be charged only for the services they actually receive, and concerns about the quality of the service and billing should be addressed professionally. Why prices not posted ? It's seems like not posting prices allow them to make up charges at their our will. read more

This place is absolutely horrible I came in and was there for three hours the guy didn't tell me he couldn't do the design I wanted which I would have understood and left but he wasted my time and made me keep waiting for him to not do the nails I wanted. If I could give 0 stars I would. As soon as I walked in there was a weird vibe and the workers were all very aggressive. Was scheduled for an appointment but it didn't seem to matter, nor did it seem like they even kept track of appointments. Went in for a pedicure and a full set of nails, it took almost 3 hours of me being uncomfortable and having multiple different people working on me. My nails were done very poorly and they made me bleed multiple times on my toes and fingers!! They are not careful or gentle by any means and just seem like they want to get you in and out regardless of the service. My nails were chipping by time I got home and didn't even last a full week. My nails cost almost $200 and that's not even including tip, they upcharged me twice with no explanation. Do not recommend at all. Won't be coming here again. read more

Stopped by a few days ago for a much needed pedicure. Emily took care of me. What a great young lady! She was super pleasant to talk with and gave a great pedicure. She is a young lady but is highly skilled. The pedicure included a hot stone massage. Emily did great! She gave a firm massage which was interestedly gentle at the same time. The salon is clean and peaceful. I really liked it. read more

The staff here is so friendly! They do such a good job and the prices are very reasonable. They have a large range of colors and will help you decide which one is right for you. I went on a Thursday morning and waited about 30 minutes before I was helped. Once I was helped the whole process took about 30 minutes which is way better than other salons. read more

Everyone here is super nice. They do a wonderful job, however if you make an appointment don't expect to get in on time. Making an appointment here doesn't matter. They'll make you wait up to 30 minutes or more after people who walk in without an appointment. read more

There's some really good things going on here and some really good things happening here and then some that will stop me from becoming a regular. First the good. I liked that I walked in and I got straight to a station. The gentleman who did my nails was very polite and did exactly what I asked for: short,oval nails, pink and white. When he needed me to do something with my hand he was very polite and asked. He didn't pull my hand or jerk it to get it in the position he wanted it. When I was talking to somebody else he wasn't annoyed and didn't interrupt, but waited to get my attention. Now the things that I didn't like. There were no extras and for the price I paid I've received a better experience. They didn't soak my hand, didn't clean my nails, and he pushed my cuticles back with his nail instead of a cuticle pusher, which I'm not a big fan of. He didn't check all the length of my nails and there's a big difference between the length of my right thumb compared to my left thumb, which you can see in the pictures. There were no prices displayed and I paid way more than I anticipated. I had anticipated $30. I got acrylics which are usually $20. Then I had pink and white which added usually $5-7. Then I added fell top coat which usually adds $3-5. I was expecting between $30 - $35. It was $41. Which for all that I didn't get seemed high. Also, the other thing that wasn't displayed prominently were licenses. I'm used to walking into a salon and you're able to see everybody's license posted on the wall or on their station. I'm sure they have them, but that made me uncomfortable. All-in-all, I don't anticipate becoming a regular. But in a pinch they work. read more

My feet are callus free and soft as a baby's booty when I leave. And the leg massage??? ONG!!! My nails are never crooked and they always ask me to approve them before they add the final topcoats. I was looking to get my nails done before a photo shoot I had booked that weekend. Before I even sat down I showed them a picture of a plaid black and white nail design I wanted. To which they said wouldn't be a problem. So I went ahead with my manicure and pedicure. Everyone was nice and friendly, but having spent over $100 for my nails, I left very unhappy. The design they did on my nails looked nothing like I asked for, and honestly I could have done better at home. This would be a solid 4 star place, except for the nail stations. For a small person I'm sure they'd be comfortable, however they are extremely uncomfortable for any larger than average person. (Like sitting in one of those awful traps they used to call desks in school where it's all connected.) My next gen mani was more than ok, but I admit I've been spoiled by my last nail tech so not up to my high expectations. Clean as far as I can see and they're nice folks. Just a heads up if you're fluffy... you might save a little "Omg I don't fit!" mortification by choosing somewhere with typical nail stations.
