My wife and I were on our first trip heading to our home in Huntley, Illinois from a RV dealer in Jacksonville, Fl where we purchased our motor home. We stopped at a campground in Clarksville, TN and after parking in a spot tried to auto level the new Class A we had just purchased. The system went haywire and the back left tire was lifted so high the wheels were off the ground leaving our motor home uneven big time; and it would not respond to any actions I took to retract the jacks. After many calls and an evening with little sleep our salesman put us in touch with BackRoad Mobile RV Repair. Dustin came out and within 5-10 minutes identified and solved the problem. A breaker switch in the battery compartment had a power wire that was loose and the sloppy connection caused the control panel and the jacks to malfunction. Dustin repaired the connection and the jacks were retracted quickly. He also then re-calibrated the auto leveler and tested the system several times all the time talking to me and my wife explaining each step as he did it. After he explained to us what he was doing to repair it he was also very cordial about us asking him questions about other operational issues of our motor home. He is well educated on the entire operations of the RV and as solid a person as I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I can't say enough good things about him. He was professional to me and my wife, polite, and willing to share his valuable insight. I was having some electrical issues in my RV and Dustin came out and solved the problem quickly. Dustin is so down-to-earth and very knowledgeable. I'm a newbie to the RV life and asked Dustin a lot of questions. He took his time out, knowing he had other calls to go out on to answer all my questions.
