Loved this place! What a sweet little campground…read more This campground is right next to the interstate, and so a very convenient spot to stay on the road. We made a reservation that day (it seemed pretty packed early October so we got the last available spot). The staff here were very friendly, and we didn't have to pay until we arrived at the site. It was so affordable! With a Good Sam discount, our one night stay amounted to just ~$34! We were very happy with the price, which included full hook-ups (+ cable TV), a shower house, and a swimming pool (? I think). The next morning, we had our propane filled at that site and left. The owners here were very thoughtful and organized. Thought the campground wasn't very big, when we drove in, the owner had us follow her in her golf cart so we knew exactly where to pull in and how to park our extra truck. Will come back again!

They are dog friendly and have a dog park with poop bags. The office and tv room, with great a/c and fan and lots of dvds and books is perfect. The bathrooms are immaculate but the showers are tiny, i'm 5'6" size 4, I felt cramped, use the handicap bathroom for a shower. The spots are level on packed rock drive thrus. I'd give Duck Creek RV Park 5 stars if there were trees. Otherwise, this is a great RV park.

I have lived in RV parks for the past 13 years and have never Been kicked out or disrespected. They wouldn't even call me they sent me a text while I was at work on a Tuesday around 1pm saying I had to be out that afternoon. There are a ton of other camp grounds within a close vicinity If you value your time money or respect I would not stay here. PS this is the only bad review I've ever left in my life.

The owner, Laura, was very kind and accommodating when my husband and I first moved in 9 months ago. Very Christian-like. We have a box truck she gave her approval for us to park next to our RV. She has never said a thing about the truck. Until today all of a sudden. We received a text informing us the truck had to go with no explanation. She invited me to ask questions, so I did. I asked why. She said the inspectors told her the truck is too big. Her park was inspected several weeks ago and she bragged she got 100%, so why is the park being inspected again so soon? And why is the truck suddenly too big after 9 months? That last question has yet to be answered. But apparently asking questions is being "disrespectful" so she evicted us for allegedly being disrespectful to her with a threat of calling law enforcement. I don't know what the real reason is, but we are confident her goal was to move us out of the park today. One way or the other. We never bothered anyone. We were always friendly to other residents and to Laura and her husband, Clarence. But we witnessed her doing this to two other long-term residents since we moved into the park. That is why my husband and I stayed to ourselves. We were quiet. We are elderly, so we aren't loud or disruptive people. We want to add that Clarence is a really nice guy. You will OFTEN see him working hard around the park. He is always willing to help. But again, let me emphasize, if you need a place to stay long term or permanently, this is NOT the park for you. You should be treated better. Internet is also inconsistent. Very slow and sometimes not available.

The marina is excellently maintained. Everyone around is so friendly. We just had a few hiccups. We booked our reservation the same day around noon so totally understand that it's last minute but we also didn't check in until around 7pm giving them more than enough time to ensure a clean cabin. However they didn't have our reserved cabin cleaned and the one next to it was "clean and ready" but upon getting inside we found tons of dead bugs and mold! Not just in the bathroom but also on the walls at a height where a kiddo or toddler could touch it or be exposed. To me this is unacceptable and a health hazard. We totally understand these are cabins in the woods but there were several empty units amongst us that were unoccupied and I can only hope they aren't dealing with the same level of mold. The only other thing we experienced that was negative was we rented a golf cart for $50 a day for one day but it kept dying even when the battery gauge read as fully operable. We broke down on day one and broke down again on our checkout day and had to leave the cart at another site. I'm hoping Prizer will be accommodating and comp us a future use of one day for the cart issues as I didn't request a refund but also didn't have time to resolve before checkout. The housekeeping manager and all the staff were apologetic and extremely professional which is why we will definitely still give Prizer a chance in the future. So all in all I would be wary of the cabins but everything else seemed well. Next visit we will be booking a bungalow on the water or bring an RV.

After waiting an hour, the "manager" said this sort of thing never happens. She preceded to find me a duplex for the night and asked me to pay for it. I told her it wasn't exactly fair that my room was no longer available, and I had to pay for another one. She finally gave me to room for the night which was filthy. If someone could just clean the bird poop or perhaps use a blower to clean up around the cabins, that would make a huge difference. The next day we rented a boat, and the boat stopped working 10 minutes into our trip. We did get a new boat after an hour of waiting. This place does not care about wasting your time or reimbursing you when they are in the wrong. I would never recommend this dirty place to anyone. It is not well managed and nothing is consistent. Such a disappointment with all the money we spent. We were given the run around and no one was apologetic for all the mistakes that happened.

The staff here is absolutely amazing and kind. If you have questions or needs they try to help all that they can. We had a spot that has a water issue and they attended to us immediately and gave us a different spot and checked to make sure we were good to go. Yes there is interstate noise but by about 9pm it's not noticeable and didn't keep us or our fur kids awake. Yes, there is a few businesses across the street. One makes some noise on the weekdays during business hrs. Nothing to be uptight about. We have loved the dog park. Great way to get some of the puppy energy ran out. They have bags for easy clean up. They have a small inventory of quick foods you can cook. Propane on site. Now these are Full Hook up sites but if you're on your way out you can stop at the dump station. Lighten up your load. There are a few areas to entertain the young ones and older ones alike. There are fire pits to rent they only ask that you NOT put it on the grass only the gravel. Why burn up the grass?!! There is a pavilion that is open 24/7 that has a full sized stove and tables with chairs. Oh and the table tennis table. They have a pool that closes mid September. The grounds are kept nice and clean and the bathrooms have showers. The laundry room is clean and awesome. If your are able to visit this gem of a place tell the staff hello and let them know how much you appreciate all they do. Thank you Clarksville RV Resort.

The pool was dirty for the entire duration of our visit, and the area around the pool frequently smelled like garbage, which made it unpleasant to use. The atmosphere was not particularly welcoming, as many of the people we encountered seemed unfriendly. One of the biggest issues was that our site's too close to our neighbor's dump connection. There's about 3' between their dump and our RV. The dump covers were cracked, allowing sewage odors to escape. The smell was noticeable until we covered the area ourselves. We were also told to move our second vehicle because someone complained, despite seeing many other campers with multiple vehicles parked on their sites, including some parked on the grass. The inconsistent enforcement of the rules was frustrating. Overall, we expected a cleaner, more welcoming environment and more consistent management of campground policies.
