Space was limited so I had to get a 1/0 AWG cable exactly 4.5" center to center with 5/16" lug holes, and the lug holes have to be offset by 90°. Austin (service manager) handled the request. In a few minutes he returned with a perfectly crafted wire. Perfect length center to center, geometry, etc. So many shops struggle with these kinds of wiring requests. I only had to describe it once and he hit it out of the park! I highly recommend this place, they are expert craftsmen.

A few weeks later, a 2022 came in to their lot and we contacted Ron to see it. It was missing a generator, and that was a bit of a speed bump for us. The Sales Manager, Brock, jumped in to help. He secured us a brand new generator, and had it installed. He went above and beyond for us to keep our business, and get us into the GD we wanted! They also gave us a value on our trade in that we were happy about, and went out of their way yet again to meet us at a price point that made us happy! Grier in finance was SUCH a joy to work with - he made the transaction not only simple and seamless but FUN!! Even with a couple of hiccups along the way, the entire team we worked with was kind, patient, understanding, and treated us like friends more than customers. Ellie and Monica were always communicating with us, and were both SO sweet and kind.
