Details matter, especially when it comes to high powered battery fuse wires. I needed to install a Class T A3T 150 AMP 120 Volt fuse in my RV camping trailer. Space was limited so I had to get a 1/0 AWG cable exactly 4.5" center to center with 5/16" lug holes, and the lug holes have to be offset by 90°. Austin (service manager) handled the request. In a few minutes he returned with a perfectly crafted wire. Perfect length center to center, geometry, etc. So many shops struggle with these kinds of wiring requests. Don't waist your money or your time here... they simply don't care about their customers when it comes down to doing what they say they will do or the right thing. Purchased an ADCO trailer cover from this place and the salesman told me and my wife that if we had any problems with it bring it back and they would take care of us. Well we had a problem and they told us to take it up with the manufacture. They refused to stand by their word or the product that they sell and help us. Took an RV converter in to have it looked at. The parts manager had a lady and a guy parts employee standing with him. He was rude and condescending. Sarcastic and a smart ass. I will never buy or take anything there to be repaired. I think he was trying to impress the lady standing there but he just came across as a jerk and a lousy employee. We cracked our sewage pipe somewhere between Big Sky and Ogden and our van was leaking heavily. I pulled into the store 15 min before close trying to find a solution. With all the RV shops backed up for weeks, I bought $700 worth of parts hoping that I could somehow fix it myself. Folks from the store were curious what we were trying to do and offered to take a look at our RV. After seeing how bad the crack was and seeing that I clearly had no idea what I was doing (none of the parts I bought were correct), not only did they help me find the right part, they also offer to install it for me after hours. At 100% black, removing the cracked pipe and installing a new line was a nasty business. After an evening of challenging work, the new part was successfully installed, but they refused to take payment for their time. They simply asked that we write a nice review in return. Wow! What amazing service! Without your assistance we likely would have had to cut our trip short. And this trip around the west is for my 40th birthday. We took our RV in to have the roof treated and the bearings packed (annual maintenance). I asked if they would be careful with the roof treatment and not get it on the sky light. He assured me they would. Well it was all over the skylight and dripping down the sides of the RV. It was a mess. My husband pointed it out and he said they did the best job they could and they didn't wash RV's. If that's the best they can do, go someplace else. We've had this done for years and never had this kind of mess. If they have no pride in the work you can see, I'm concerned about the work you can't like how awful is their best bearing pack job? I walked into State Trailer Supply in Ogden on May 2 there was a blonde lady at the register helping a gentleman and still said hello to me. She asked how I was doing? She was very polite. Had a smile on her face. I over heard the gentleman say that was very nice of you to say that to her and well as me when I walked in. She said well thank u and u are very welcome. When she was done with the gentleman at the register she asked me if there was something I was looking for. I told her what I was needing a water filter. There was another young lady at the register just standing there. She showed me where to look for it. I told her thanks. She went back up front at her register. While I looked around. I went down a isle and saw that same young lady that was standing at her register. I asked her if they had vents. She was on her phone ignored me walked up to the front of the store not even saying nothing to me. I went over told the blonde lady that helped me before she said they was on isle 17. I said thank you at least you helped me. She said oh no what someone didn't help you. She said no I asked the other person that was at the register down that isle and she was on her phone put it on her side and walked away. She said I'm so sorry. I walked away to go down the isle she told me to go down. I over heard a older lady say I need you to stay at your register it was not very nice how she said it to the blonde. The younger lady can leave and go down other isles not helping anyone and not get told to stay at her register. Uh no that's not right. At least the blonde was helping people. I have come in there before May 2 it was April 27. Almost the same thing happened. The older lady told the blonde in a rude voice to stay at her register. This time I had my mother with me she witnessed that the young lady at the other register leaves her register but never once was said you need to stay at your register. That poor blonde is getting treated rudely. When all she is doing is trying to help people out. I love this store. They have the things I need. I just don't like what I have seen coming in there. I do hope it gets better. Next time I see something like that again the two times I been in there they won't like the outcome. The blonde was so sweet and had a great personality. No and I mean no one should be treat horribly like she was treated the two times I have came in there by a older gray hair lady. She could be nicer to her about things. I was very upset what I saw. Uh so uncalled for. Wondering if she is like that all the time with that blonde. Feel bad for the blonde the way she was treated those two times I was in there.
