Phone customer service was A+ Once we arrived; they got us checked in really fast; and asked us our concerns; and they told us what day they should have everything done by. You can tell the check in guy knew what he was talking about. Check in A+ The next evening we get a call and they say both my best friend's bike and mines were completed. A+ for the timely completion. The value of this was amazing, thank you! When I arrived to grab our bikes, he explained everything he did to the bikes and I paid. He told me when to come back and all the things I needed to know. He was very friendly and professional. I wanted a Spring Tune Up for an older RZR and Tracy was very willing to do the work and at a cost that was at least 30% less than the dealership down the road was charging. Work was completed in a very timely manner and Tracy ran me through some "Do's" and "Don'ts" to keep my machine running at its best. He kept the old parts to show me what was changed out and made sure the machine was tip top before giving it back. He works on just about anything with an engine here and there were a slew of 4 wheeler's, 2 wheeler's and UTVs at his shop that he is working on. That didn't work for me so I asked for a refund on the part and he was rude instead of being professional about it. Ignored me when I followed up 10 days later about my refund.

The defective part never did work right then I asked for him to warranty the product and he told me that I would have to send him $1011.45 so he could buy the part for warranty because he didn't have $1000 to his name so I did I trusted him And several weeks later no contact so I called him to follow up and he had never ordered my part and just sat on my money so I asked for a refund that was well over three weeks ago and I still have not gotten a refund. This is horrible customer service. Don't hire this guy unless you want poor service and lose your money at dishonesty
