He made some new screens for our house. The work is not entirely completed when he had a family emergency in FL and I was deeply sympathetic. He started sending other guys to do the work. THEN before installing them, he ghosted me with 6K in custom windows. When I hired him in CA, I knew he was also going back and forth to FL.
