Once inside it's a bird lovers paradise with a variety of feeders, food, bird baths and everything else in between! The owner was very knowledgeable and gave us some tips on the feeder we got. As well he explained about the specific feed we grabbed and mentioned something about an alternative food. They had exactly what we were looking for at reasonable prices with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had been a customer of Wild Birds for years. Recently i bought a bag of food and when I opened it…read morea few weeks later to fill my feeders, it was covered in mold. I took the moldy bag of food back to the store and the clerk behind the register immediately became extremely agitated, grabbed the bag from me and took it outside the store, spilling a bunch of it on the ground. Returning inside she began checking her records and insisted that there was no record of my having purchased the food at her store (it had the Wilds Birds label on the outside of the bag) and had been purchased recently. The clerk became increasingly agitated and began shouting at me that she would not refund my purchase price. I left the store and she followed me into the parking lot, screaming unintelligible invectives about "littering." I will never set food in this store again and would suggest that Wild Birds reconsider employing such an unhinged individual.
