After multiple calls and attempts, Dave finally answered and said he never said he'd repair it and has no intention to because "concrete cracks". After my review he called me to try to strong-arm me. When I wasn't folding to his pressure he hung up on me. Its clear to me why his reviews are so good. People are either afraid to post the truth or he threatens or pressures them to get any negative removed.
