It's supposed to be open 24 hrs but when we come here they don't want to serve us most of the menu they say they're out of this but when we come back in 2 hours the next shift isn't out of anything this has happened many times and it's quite frustrating not to mention many times they're closed except the doors aren't locked the lights are not off and the sign is on what the heck is going on here. We're driving all the way from Itogon about 9 kilometers only to get disappointed. Tonight the only thing you can order is classic burger and guess what fries is not available ! How can you eat burgers without fries? I think they just don't want to work ! WTF! We almost don't want to come back if they will treat us like this. It was no like this before ! The management should check! If you can't serve atleast 80% of your menu .... just do t open! Sent from my iPhone

So I've been back to the Philippines, Baguio specifically, every year for the past 3 years and I…read morehave always passed this place up each time. I always passed by this place from a distance so I never saw what was inside. In my head, this was like a random Philippine Navy or Army recruiting station located in a busy restaurant area of Camp John Hay. On this most recent trip to Baguio I finally walked close by ArmyNavy. I was totally wrong! It turns out that ArmyNavy is actually a fast food restaurant that serves up delicious food. Haha! The menu is quite long! They serve up burgers, mexican-style dishes, chicken and filipino breakfast. On my first visit I ordered their pinoy breakfast burrito. The burrito had spanish rice, fried egg and chicken adobo flakes. This burrito was so rich but soooooo good! Try it with a side of sour cream. On another visit I tried their fried chicken. The leg and thigh pieces were really juicy and the skin crisp. I was really surprised at how delicious the chicken was. Unfortunately the white gravy paired with the chicken was a bit too peppery. Another miss was the stuffed chocolate croissant with the vanilla ice cream. It looked great in the picture but it fell apart quickly and the croissant was kind of stale. Overall, solid fast food restaurant chain in the Philippines. Personally, I thought this place was much better than the uber-popular Jolibee chain. Check them out!

Either you patiently wait for an opening, or move on to another option. We were seated as soon as we got in. Drink and food orders were taken promptly. The staff were courteous and responsive! Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The staff were rude and unaccommodating regarding our pet. We were simply asking for assistance so we could dine comfortably, but instead, we were told to eat outside and were even suggested to go to other restaurants. This was unexpected and honestly quite disheartening. On top of that, the food itself did not meet our expectations. The steak was still bloody and not cooked to a proper medium rare--it was extremely chewy and difficult to eat. Additionally, the food was already cold when it was served, which made the overall experience even worse. Overall, what should have been an enjoyable first visit turned into a very unpleasant one due to both poor service and subpar food quality.

Upon entering the ambience is so comfy, their staffs were friendly they accommodate us immediately and suggested what food to order but the owners are opposite with their staffs because they don't greet their customers compared with other restaurant we've been. Moving forward We ordered beef belly--I could say it was very good it was so juicy and tender for appetizers we had nachos it was ok the cheese sauce was kinda dry and but their salsa taste good, also we tried their salad with peanut sauce it was very refreshing. It is very affordable when you eat in big groups, it really a "Family Style" dinner resto. Overall, we will still come back and try their other food on their menu.

I realize that this is a chronic problem through-out the Philippines, but this is not some hole-in-the-wall, side-of-the-road turo-turo restaurant. Chops purports to be a high-class, American style resto. And they had dozens of staff people hanging around in a slow time of the day with NO TOILET PAPER. Go ahead and eat there if you want. Just be sure to bring your own toilet paper or be prepared to just hold it in for a while.

The steak itself is prepared good but I asked for medium and it was over cooked to medium well. Tonight I took a take away rib eye and it was cooked to perfection... The venue itself is nice. There is outside seating and a small bar. The menu is just like Texas road house. The cuts of meat are USDA. I was surprised because most of Asia uses Austria. Outside in the seating area there is a pool but I think it's for hotel guest only. Plenty of tables outside and inside Definitely a good spot to get a steak!

DINING OUT DURING A PANDEMIC:…read more We've been extending our wedding anniversary celebration and decided to try the breakfast here. Things don't always turn out the way that you plan, but that's not always bad. Our temps were scanned at the front door of the hotel; face masks and shields are mandatory. Hubby signed us in, then a lovely masked cowgirl/server opened the door to the restaurant and greeted us. I chose a table outside, requesting the ceiling fan to be turned on. We took our time perusing the menu and decided against breakfast, instead we ordered: - Cafe mocha - made from Brazilian coffee beans. This was good. - Corn Fritters made fresh and covered in powdered sugar. Always a winner YUM! - Crab cakes - Oh my! This was delish! Made with fresh crab with a light crisp exterior topped with mango relish - New York Nachos topped with sirloin chunks, chili con carne, pico de gallo, cheese and jalapeños. Comes with sour cream and guacamole (not up to the standard of California avocados) - I make my own chili con carne from scratch, so I wasn't fond of their version, but hubby ate it up! - Blackened Chicken sandwich with smoked bacon - delicious soft bun, thick cut bacon, it had good flavor. American size portions (not tiny Filipino size) with prices that are reasonable, considering the high quality of their ingredients. Also don't be afraid to make requests: they have corn fritters and a cafe mocha that aren't not on the menu. Servers actually come by and asked "How's your food?", this is the first time I've ever heard anyone here in the Philippines ask that! If you need anything, you just need to give the servers a knowing glance, and they'll quickly come. They're always close by keeping an eye out for you. FYI: the standard around the Philippines is that the servers won't check in on you unless you need them. That's why many places have call buttons, or the staff stand around waiting for you to call them. What a beautiful place for a relaxing poolside meal, listening to Kenny G working his magic on the saxophone, and the soothing sound of the rain in the background: I've found foodie heaven.
