She would freeze from fear if our other dog of the same breed (Papillon) was taken out of her line of sight. They are the smartest toy breed and London understood how to be Maddie's support dog, staying with her if allowed. But when the manager changed, the salon began to promise to keep them together and then as soon as I left would bathe one at a time even though the had two groomers just waiting on the bather. They may be better now. I don't know. I stopped bringing my long haired dogs there when they cut my dog London multiple times. Then they both passed at 14. Now we go to Amy's. It's a lot better if your dogs have any issues as it's a single client at a time. Petsmart may have advantages now though, I don't know.

First off, it's impossible to find someone to groom a cat in this area. We had a situation and desperately needed help with our long-haired Siberian. Unlike every other groomer we contacted, Furever Friends Family couldn't have been kinder, more generous, or more accommodating. They squeezed us in for a same-day appointment without hesitating. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely love animals. They took the time to understand my cats needs, her personality, and ensured a tailored grooming experience. My usually anxious feline felt at ease almost immediately (and seemed to like them more than me!) The grooming itself was top-notch. My cat came out looking like a show-stopper. Additionally, the space is spotless. You can tell cleanliness is a top priority! I can't recommend Furever Friends Family enough. She did not have any problems (and continues to be a wonderful dog and that's probably because we sent her to James). She had basic commands down. After James, she became excellent at multiple commands. She would sit at her bowl for hours if you don't release her (by verbal command). You can leave her with steak in the next room and won't eat it if you don't release her. You get the picture - James knows what he is doing and will set you, and your pup, up for success. He was very thorough in explaining what to expect and how to continue her training at home. We could not be happier. Our pup is also happy, and she loved James. When we brought her back for boarding a couple nights she couldn't wait to hang out with James. We had to save up to send her, and it was worth every penny. We would do it again. James spent a whole day with myself and my whole family to train us on how to handle and communicate with our new family member. When we need to board Ross we drive him down to James @ Empire K9 2.5 hours away because he is the only one we trust with our Ross.
