The problem is that no one bothered to notify me. No message in the app, no call -- nothing. I was simply left waiting for over an hour for an order they apparently already knew they couldn't fulfill. What made it worse was the attitude on the phone. The person I spoke with was rude and dismissive, with no apology or attempt to make the situation right. Now I'm told the refund could take up to 10 business days to return to my credit card. Running out of food happens. Ignoring a $200+ order for over an hour on a Friday night and then being rude to the customer is unacceptable.
