I called the Rockville location on 5-20-26 at 6:30p. 1/5 at best. Totally awkward experience. After me asking 2 follow up questions to the 1st initial question, I was then told that they are only able to answer yes or no, which is fine so I went with the flow... but it was told to me as if that was the first thing disclosed before my questions begun (in a passive very aggressive manner). Now that I was informed on how it works, I had to take a couple secs to engineer my questions to a "yes or no" format. I was rushed into completing the call. So my yes or no questions was; "Do you have [item]?" answer "no, we have something along the line of that" next question; "do you inhale it?" answer "what are you looking for??" I reply "[name of item]" answer "I said we don't have that but we have something along those lines" I reply "yes I know but I asked if you inhale it I want to make sure if that's what I'm looking for" I was going on to say anything "along the lines of" can mean a couple of things could be same affect but it can maybe be done in different manners like oral or direct physical contact...the conversation drops to a awkward silence... then they said they are unable to give specific details of items and I was told that what is online is not in store its a 3rd party website. I finished off by saying I was hoping this conversation happened differently.
