The store had their doors open to let in the 60 degrees and sunshine on the last Sunday of February. The layout was clean, and the clothes were presented in the typical minimalist fashion that is Theory. I loved the updated collection, which was presented in coordinating sections. Items similar in material and color were presented together. In terms of purchasing, I usually go for dresses from Theory because it's easy and pairs well with items I already own. I tried on a couple but none stood out. On my way out, I decided I wanted to look for straight leg pants and asked for help in identifying them. After trying on the Rosel, I fell in love. It also helped that I agreed with the associates' assessments that I looked good in them. They made my 5'9 frame look leaner and longer, and it helped that an associate, maybe she was the manager, brought me heels to jack me up and make my silhouette stand out even more. I ended up getting a suit jacket to match, and again the associate who helped me and rung me up, helped here. She identified that the two button jacket looked better on me and helped with drawing attention to my small waist. The crowds started to build at Theory while I was there to the point that there was a line for the dressing room, but the associates kept things moving and tried to help when they could. During the checkout, I noticed an issue with the pants and got another 10% knocked off of them. They also had a section that I believe was 70% off but at that point, it was slim pickings in sizes, colors, and offerings. Everything else was 40% off the tag, which seems to include new arrival items. They also had leather bags for sale, which I didn't know they sold. Anyway, I walked out ever more confident that I finally own a real power suit.

If I could give negative scores, I would also. The people working in the store have a big attitude problem - they should be happy we are spending money at their outlet store. They wouldn't have a job otherwise. Just like the other 2024 review, we were also Asian, and I also noticed a hint of RACISM towards us. A Hilfiger worker was constantly standing outside the change room, like I was going to steal clothes somehow. Not only that, but they keep rudely pestering us about a 3 or 4 clothes limit, by the way there were many fitting rooms open so it wasn't an issue of too few fitting rooms being available. Oddly, the rule seemed to constantly be directed towards us. Also, this rule is makes no sense. If you as a store want to MAKE money you should want your customers to try out as many clothes as possible. Things would get worse however, when we would try to cash out. Firstly, when trying to return clothes from another store and replacing it with the SAME clothes at this store, we were being denied the discount of 20% - which was very EASILY applied at the other store. Here, only after 20 steps of verification that we were part of the hilfiger club, were we given a 15% discount - this was much easier at the other store. Not only that, but the rude cashier threw out the previous receipt that included discounts at Calvin Klein. Then the manager would come and say that they will "fire" the people giving discounts at the other store LOL. Sure bud, a failed manager that can't even properly manage your own store properly - is going to get people at other stores fired. Instead of apologizing and offering a competitive discount to the other store, they try to intimidate and "fire" the competition, shows the looser mentality of the manager. They were about to loose out on $200 of sales, as I had already thrown out all the clothes on the shelf behind. But, I decided to buy the clothes as I had already wasted my time trying the clothes. My problem is not with the clothes, but with the customer service at this branch and the lack of competition, which is why I bought the clothes. I will, however, not be returning or spending a penny at this branch ever again, I hope management there gets fired. They have lost a lifetime of customers and potential sales ranging all the way up to the mid hundreds from me!

The people working in the stores hold the worst attitudes I've ever seen. We were trying to select clothes, and one of the clerks interrupted us RUDELY and started organizing the clothes and putted what we wanted to buy back to the piles. For the record, we were Asians, and he only treated us like that. It's fair to say that was quite a RACIST move. I later found that he was even the manager in that store. Later on when we were providing him feedback he wasn't even willing to apologize to us. When we were trying to buy the Poloshirts, the lady at the counter also gave us FALSE INFORMATION about the prices for the clothes. We found out about that after our purchase. The manager was also giving us a PASSIVELY AGGRESSIVE attitude that it was our fault that we didn't understand the price. We returned all the shirts we purchased. Don't get me wrong, Tommy is a great brand with good designers, BUT, the clerks in the store were obviously RACIST, RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL. If you want to buy things from Tommy, go to another location instead of this one.

    I have been a loyal customer of Ralph Lauren, shopping for myself and my family, and very rarely…read morereselling items. However, today I had a terrible experience at the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store in Leesburg Premium Outlets. I went in to purchase three kids' puffers, priced at $29.99 each. When I mentioned that I might resell them, the store manager, Briana Milton, completely changed her attitude towards me. Her tone became rude and dismissive. She told me she would not sell me the three items and that I could only buy one. When I questioned why, she gave me a customer service number to call, even though she knew it was for online purchases only, which customer service later confirmed. To make matters worse, she mocked me afterward, asking why I didn't give her the phone to speak to the representative--knowing full well that the representative had no intention of speaking with her. I understand store policies, but the way I was treated as a client was unacceptable. I have never encountered such cruelty from a store manager. I shop at this outlet weekly, visiting many different stores, and have never been treated with such disrespect. This experience has changed my entire perception of the Ralph Lauren brand, and I no longer want to shop in any of their stores after this. Briana Milton did eventually sell me one item, but she didn't put her name on the receipt--likely because she knew how rude she had been and was afraid of a complaint. This level of treatment is not something I would expect from a brand like Ralph Lauren. I hope action is taken to prevent this from happening to other loyal customers.
