Every time I call to ask questions about my claim, I get a different person. State Farm's employees are incompetent and are non value add to the process. Plus they are rude. They keep telling me I can go through my own insurance. Why would I do that? Im not at fault!!!!!!! So basically the damage caused by their client will not be covered because it exceeds the value of my car. If I go through their process, State Farm will "Total" my car, leaving me with very little options except 1) State Farm to take my car and give me very little for my car or 2) reimburse very little plus take my title and make me go through the impossible DMV process of getting a salvage title. I am a victim twice in these scenarios. I just want the damage to my car repaired. There is 0 damage to the engine. I have invested in maintaining my vehicle so despite my vehicle's age, the engine is good for another 100k miles. But instead, I will lose my car completely. In addition, State Farm makes you go through them to get cost estimates. I cannot submit my body shops estimate for reimbursement. Moral of story: Never get insurance through State Farm and pray that your car is never hit by a person with State Farm Insurance!!!!

My experience with Paychex has been an absolute nightmare. Every response comes from a different person or department, and the answers constantly contradict each other. No one seems to take ownership or know what is actually happening. They opened a PFML account on my behalf that I never needed, and even after the state confirmed it was closed, Paychex still hasn't resolved it properly on their end. Meanwhile, I continue seeing unexplained extra charges with no straight answers -- only generic responses and endless runaround. I genuinely do not understand how this company operates the way it does. Instead of helping businesses, they create unnecessary problems, waste enormous amounts of time, and leave customers stuck in bureaucratic chaos. At this point, I feel they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Yikes. Bad to worse Choice Home Warranty is not all they market them selves to be. And the coverage you think you have as a policy holder is less. I'm out of pocket $500 with new hardware + installation; the drywall repair I'm probably looking at a grand when completed. Ouch Soo much for home coverage

It's been two weeks since I made a claim for my plumbing system and still has not been repaired. I…read moremade the claim on July 22nd and, as of August 7th, no repair has been made. I'm unable to use the basement bathroom and Choice Home Warranty is not providing good faith to satisfy my claim. I was assigned to a plumber that jerked me around for a week with three separate reschedules. This plumber gave me three differing excuses for each reschedule: "the plumber had an auto accident", "the plumber had a flat tire", and "the plumber was on bereavement leave". On the day of the third appointment that was supposed to be the repair, the plumber backed out of the repair because they wanted me to buy the part. This plumber informed me that Choice Home Warranty (Choice) will only cover a portion of the repair and I had to pay the difference of $675. This plumber also wanted to reschedule again if I wanted the repair! This plumber waited until the day of my third appointment to tell me this! I took a day off work for this appointment. This plumber practiced poor communication. Choice assigned me a second plumber and I had to wait another week for this appointment. On the day of the appointment, this second plumber informed me that his company didn't install sewerage ejection pumps. So, once again, my claim went back to Choice's dispatch. As of August 7, no plumber has been assigned to my claim. My experience has been disgusting and totally unacceptable. I been asking for a high-level manager and keep getting the typical responses and apologies. Apparently, no one has the power to simply reimburse me and find it better for Choice to keep looking for a plumber. Choice is being deceptive as they are not fully disclosing the true cost of this repair. It appears the reason they can't find a plumber is because their "technicians" are refusing to accept Choice's payment terms. I paid the $85 service fee which I thought would be only out-of-pocket costs. They advertise their warranty covers various systems and covers the costs of repairs. However, I'm finding out the hard way, they have failed to adhere to their advertisement. This is deceptive advertising. The state of Arizona filed a lawsuit against this company in 2019 for this very practice.
