I also love the online booking system and wish more practices would offer this. I used this practice for about three years. My first visit was with a provider I don't remember, but who was perfectly fine. Next year, I booked with Dr. Andre, and had a less-than-stellar experience. She was over 30 minutes late to my appointment, after the nurse had already taken my information and set me up in the room. She scolded me for venturing out of the room to look for someone and then when she finally saw me was pretty condescending and dismissive of some concerns I had. I gathered she had to attend to an emergency right before my appointment, so as a human I can appreciate that may have been an exceptionally difficult day for her, but as a patient that doesn't make what I experience ok. I wish that would have been handled differently, even if I were just offered the chance to reschedule. Next year, I determined to schedule with someone else and was seen by Erica Lybarger. I really liked her bedside manner and found her friendly and engaging. I really appreciate her gentle approach and how dedicated she is towards helping patients manage any pain. This year I saw her again and still enjoyed meeting with her. However, after our review of some birth control methods, I went home and researched the options we discussed and found out she had misconstrued some of the side effects, avoided mentioning some risks, and left out one significant valid option. Reading both legitimate medical pages on these options as well as other patients' experiences with side effects made me uncertain I could trust the information she provides and I decided to seek a different provider based on my GP's recommendation. Ultimately, I think a patient could still have a good experience with this practice and even with both the providers I am reviewing. I just decided based on the care I received that i want to receive more reliable support elsewhere instead of trying a new provider within the practice.

However, My fiancé's father died 2 days ago, and "Ravin mallory" the hospital coordinator or whatever her title is, has had zero communication in coordinating our C section, we have tried to communicate with her for almost a week with no answer from her. on top of this, my fiancé's father died two days ago, so now we have to schedule the funeral with the C section, which we made very clear to ravin and other staff members. still, no answer or communication. Today i finally got in touch with ravin, and she lied to my face saying she personally spoke with my fiance and informed her of the time and information we needed for the c section. which was a complete lie since i was with my fiance all day yesterday dealing with my father in law's death. Once She lied to us, I was furious. I did curse at her repeatedly and demand to know the time of the c section. she then stopped responding to me, and left me on a busy line on hold until the line went dead. I called back asking the receptionist for help and ravin jumps on the line and rudely interrupts me again, and refuses to give us the time of the C section, despite being aware that we are planning a funeral for our baby's grandfather around this C section. We are very disappointed that we were treated this way while grieving the loss of a close family member. i do apologize for my profane outburst, but that does not excuse Ravin's coldness, unprofessionalism, hurtfulness, and disregard for my fiance, my son, and my father in law. Again I want to emphasize, the Doctors here, treat us with absolute respect and dare I say Love when they handle My fiance and unborn child. We will be returning upon future pregnancies, with disdain and holding distance from Ravin, until amends be made by her.

After dealing with infertility for over 7 years, I truly never thought I would be able to conceive. Dr. Fady Sharara changed my life for the better--he gave me hope when I felt like there was none, and I will forever be grateful for that. His expertise, compassion, and dedication made all the difference for me. I'm so thankful for the protocol he created that worked for my situation, and I genuinely hope he can continue to help others who are just like me find their own success and happiness. A huge thank you to his wonderful nurses, Jill and Jessica, who were always there with kindness, patience, and reassurance whenever I needed it most. They made such a difference in my experience. I also want to recognize Maggie and Trisha at the front desk. No matter what kind of day I was having, they always greeted me with warmth and a smile, making me feel welcome and cared for. This journey isn't always easy, but having a team like this behind you makes all the difference. I'm beyond grateful for everyone at VCRM for their support and dedication, and I'm so excited for this new chapter ahead.

Adding to my review:…read more Your response is inaccurate. We never asked you or your staff to commit fraud. We only asked whether the prescribed testing could be done in one day to avoid repeated appointments and time away from work. It is troubling that a simple scheduling request was falsely reframed as a request for fraud. Your response speaks for itself and reinforces the concerns described in our review. We stand by our experience. Initial Review: We came to Dr. Fadi Sharara's office based on a recommendation from a physician we genuinely trust. Given our similar Lebanese backgrounds, we expected an experience built on communication, understanding, and mutual respect. From the beginning, Dr. Sharara spoke with confidence. As professionals ourselves, we believed that confidence would translate into clear guidance, thoughtful medical care, and a well-managed patient experience. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. During our appointments, we felt rushed and treated as just another case. Consultations were often approximately 10 minutes, with very limited explanation of what he was evaluating, what the findings meant, or why certain recommendations were being made. We did not feel that we were given the time or information necessary to understand our own medical situation. On one occasion, we were asked to undergo an in-office intervention without being properly informed that it could be painful. There was no meaningful discussion beforehand about what to expect, no advance warning regarding the level of discomfort, and no pain-management options or medication offered. We trusted the doctor and proceeded without understanding what the experience would entail. The pain afterward was severe enough that I had to go home and sleep for the rest of the day. It was upsetting to go through a painful medical experience without adequate preparation, informed consent, or basic support afterward. We had three separate visits in an effort to understand our situation and our options. From our perspective, the recommendation seemed to move immediately toward IVF, without a meaningful discussion of potential intermediate steps, further evaluation, or alternative approaches that could help us make an informed decision. When we sought additional information from the office, we were repeatedly told that Dr. Sharara was too busy to speak with us or provide clarification. It was difficult to understand, especially because communication and patient education should be central to a fertility practice. Patients should not be left guessing about their diagnosis, test results, or treatment options. When we requested our medical history and test results, we received handwritten documentation that was difficult to read and interpret. In 2025 and 2026, patients should be provided clear, legible records and a proper explanation of their medical information. We called multiple times seeking clarity, but the office was unable or unwilling to provide the answers we needed. What was most disappointing was the overall lack of empathy and respect. Fertility concerns are deeply personal, emotionally demanding, and financially significant. Patients are not simply cases to move through a practice. They deserve time, transparency, professionalism, and humane communication. I held off on posting a one-star review because I do not enjoy criticizing people publicly. I much prefer writing five-star reviews when professionals provide excellent care. But after the money spent, the time invested, and the emotional energy involved, we left feeling heartbroken, uninformed, and dismissed. My husband and I are both professionals, and we guide our own work with respect for the human being in front of us. That same basic respect was missing from this experience. We are now seeking advice from another specialist. Overall, we felt that valuable time, effort, and trust were wasted, and the experience was profoundly disappointing and unprofessional.

I…read morebegan seeing their team during my second pregnancy after developing a medical condition, and from the very start, I felt that both my baby and I were in excellent hands. Each visit was reassuring--their expertise and clear care plan helped ease my anxiety throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Dr. Zaita was the first to diagnose my condition. She took the time to thoroughly explain what to expect, answered all of my questions, and made both my husband and me feel supported and confident in our care. Dr. Pickford delivered my son and acted quickly in making the best medical decisions for both of us. She communicated clearly during my C-section, which helped me feel calm and informed, and she provided exceptional care throughout the procedure and recovery. Dr. Uthaman was incredibly compassionate during my appointments and went above and beyond by checking on me and my baby while we were in the hospital, which meant so much to our family. My family and I are so grateful we made the decision to switch to Fair Ridge OBGYN. We truly couldn't be happier with the care we received!

I wanted to wait until I went through the whole process before reviewing, so talk about an almost year wait to say my peace. I found this place through my insurance, however it did not update that I believe Dr. Hodges was retired. I purposely seek him as he specialized in an issue I was concerned over. When making the appointment they did not make me aware he was retired (assuming by the time I came along he might've just retired). One of the reasons I held out was because the first ob I saw was Dr. Uthaman. He is newer to the practice but has great bedside manner. And seemed to be pro for non invasive treatment and had knowledge on his belt on issues a POC may face vs non. I was lucky enough to have seen him a few times (wish it was more) during my time and he was one of the doctors that assisted in my delivery. Besides him I felt that Dr. Jabola, Dr. Zaita, and NP Fulop were safe bets. Dr. Black was the main doctor at my delivery and she seemed fine but that was the only time I saw her so I can't speak too much on her. But she didn't make the delivery miserable so there's that. I don't want to get into too many details of my gripes but here's a little snip of some things I'd note. I specifically avoided FNP Stone per reviews floating around. If I knew someone who was going here I'd tell them to avoid Dr. Pickford she's pretty condescending and rough. The front desk staff is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get a good one, other times you regret coming in and question why you continue to go here. As far as billing that can be a mess too (luckily that percentage for me of hot mess was low) All and all I'm glad I survived (mentally and physically) here. Hopefully this will help the next person.
