Don't come here unless you have an hour. Food was ok. Here's the timeline.... Ordered, wait 15 mins to be told, they were out of Cheesesteak meat. I had to order chix cheese steak. Ok fine. Waited another 10 mins for 2 sandwiches and then another 20 mins for fries and another sandwich. Finally after 45 total mins of waiting the final item, a Greek salad comes out with no feta and balsamic chicken... interesting. Interesting new bagel store which is apparently a franchise that spans all the way up through North Jersey. The store is clean and new with nice signage and the workers are friendly. There was a sign stating that the store is closed on Mondays due to staff shortages which seems to be the norm lately. Anyway, the store works a Wawa. You make your selection on the kiosk and a receipt prints out. You bring the receipt to the counter and pay and they stamp the receipt paid and then you wait for your order to be prepared and then out from behind the counter. My wife ordered a toasted egg bagel with scallion cream cheese and tomato. When we got home we realized they forgot the tomato. The sandwich itself was fair but nothing memorable. I ordered a wheat everything with smoked salmon and scallion cream cheese. I wasn't too happy with the bagel as it was very dense and not fluffy or anything close to a North Jersey or NY bagel. The spreads looked okay and the prices were fair but it's not my fave by a mile. read more

Wow! This place is delicious! A large selection of bagels, salads, sandwiches and more. Very clean and staff are friendly, great location just off the Parkway. This is hands down the winner for breakfast on the go in the area. The bagel are plump, the spreads are plentiful and a great coffee and tea bar. Definitely worth going!!!! read more

So glad there's a new bagel place in Cape May Court House! They also opened during the pandemic, so major props to them. We went early on a Saturday morning and there was already a significant, socially distanced line (a great following already!). The line moved fast and the everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly. A wealth of bagel choices, as well as spreads. The oreo certainly looked unique, but I ended up with an egg everything with plain cream cheese. Perfectly toasted with a great bagel to cream cheese ratio. They also had a wealth of breakfast sandwich options, as well as other breakfast platters. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Cape May County! read more

Where do I start. This business needs some help with customer service. 8:40 am, I called for a 9:30 am pick up, to order 13 plain bagels, cut in half, a box of coffee and a container of cream cheese and was told there were only 18 plain bagels left and I couldn't buy them all. I agreed to an assortment of 3 kinds and apparently the lady on the phone thought that was unreasonable and asked couldn't I do more of an assortment? Then I was schooled about how I should give 24 hours' notice for an order like that and that at the least I could have called at 6 am when they opened. I explained that its only 13 bagels. I mean are they not a bagel shop????? To add insult to injury the prices online are not correct and when I questioned the person at the register who appeared to be an owner, he replied with prices are subject to change and that they have not had time to get new menus or update their website and then went right to do you want more cream cheese this may not be enough. A dozen bagels on the menu online was $ 11.99, I was charged $ 18.99. A box of coffee online in $19.99, I was charged $ 24.99. The cream cheese online was $ 2.49, and I was charged $ 5.00, veg cream cheese online is $ 3.49, and I was charged $ 5.50 I was also charged $1.30 to cut said bagels in 1/2. The order should have been around $ 41.86 which includes the tax and the $1.30 to cut the bagels and I paid $ 57.43, a difference of $15.57 more than the online price. That is approximately 37% increase to the price online. I am understanding to a slight increase, but let me tell you, I will not be back. I regret paying and not just walking away. Very pleasant experience. Lady at counter very customer service friendly. Neat, clean. Service was fast and courteous. The Italian hoagie I ordered was delicious. They used very fresh onions and tomatoes. I also purchased specialty cream cheeses.....delicious!!! They have so much to offer in a small space. I was impressed. It's gonna be a regular of my family. First time here after we being in CMCH for an early AM appt. Had a pork roll/egg/cheese on a long toasted roll ( 1.00 up-charge)- you order from a kiosk and basically add what you want. Be careful though as it can be a little confusing to where you could be adding double meat or a second cheese. Sandwich was prepared quickly and was a decent size. Bagel "BAZAAR" Very appropriate name, Best Bagels in the area, most Bazaar and miserable customer service experience in the area. I arrived at 8am to purchase a dozen bagels. I walked to the counter and said "good morning" to the lady behind the counter and asked if she would like me to use the kiosk, she replied, I could tell her my order. "I would like to order a dozen bagels," "have you been here before, " was her reply, and I said "yes". "Well, you should know to order the day before," to which I replied, "I'm only getting a dozen bagels." The snarkiness continued throughout my ordering process, when she requested I don't order all of one kind and huffed when I first asked for 6 everything bagels, "see, that's what I'm talking about," she exclaimed. To which I replied, "would you like me to go somewhere else," "what else do you want," was her response. Anyhow, I could detail the entire episode, but you get the idea. Unfortunately, this place does have the best bagels around and I believe the lady I was working with is an owner, if she's not, she should be Fired immediately. I hadn't checked-in on Yelp prior to my experience, because I had never had an issue in the past at the Bagel Bazaar, but as you can see, I am not alone in my horrendous experience. I actually own a retail store and if I received a Yelp like this I would be full-on addressing this problem. Sucb delicious bagels and coffee I was able to enjoy on the beach. Customer service is spectacular too; they literally asked if my bagel was "toasted too much"! A complete rip off, my $1.79 bagel ended up costing $4.99 with cream cheese spread on it. Bagel was not very good or fresh. The staff at the Cape May Court House location was rude on the phone when I called my order in and even ruder when I asked them how a spread of cream cheese on a bagel costs 2X the cost of the bagel. We also purchased a Cranberry Walnut muffin that was not very good either the walnuts were old and tasted terrible. I will not be visiting a Bagel Bazaar in the future, there are many other better options to get bagels. read more

This place is wonderful, Raj the owner is great. We had a wedding at the Windrift Hotel in Avalon, they do not serve breakfast anymore so we wanted to have something for the Wedding party when they were getting ready. I called Raj and asked if he could hook us up and he said no problem we ordered four dozen bagels with butter and cream cheese, then we ordered 100 Bagels for Sunday morning for our guests that stayed over night, he cut all the bagels and delivered it for us on Saturday morning His delivery guy was a nice guy and everything was on time just like Raj told me. Raj was wonderful to work with and he kept in touch with me about everything. I will be buying from here again, now I want to try his sandwiches next. Good bagels...If there are any left. Store is open until 2:00PM, got there at 10:00AM and no bagels left except onion, wheat, and raisin. This happens the majority of the time, not just once or twice. If you are going to call yourself "BAGEL Baazar" then you should have the majority of the bagel selections available until closing. This place has a different type of style than Hot Bagels and More. I ordered a Muslim omelette with American cheese. The egg was like McDonald's folded egg very weird consistency a very weird consistency. The turkey bacon had no flavor.. the home fries had a very weird red seasoning that was slightly sweet not my style. The vegetable cream cheese on my everything bagel tasted like it was going bad. If I was the owner I would go to the Somers point Hot Bagels and More and take off of what they are doing because they know how to make breakfast. read more

I'm giving this review two stars because the food is always good, but the atmosphere and customer service can be hit or miss. I stopped here on Saturday 1/28/2023 at around 11am - I had originally gone to Coho Cafe, but they were closed for renovations. I walk in and there is only one other person waiting for their order, pretty typical for this time of year in Cape May County. I walk up to the kiosk because I know they won't accept your order if you simply talk to someone behind the counter. The option for a dozen loose bagels is on the kiosk, so I select that and choose the bagel types based on what's still available. After I submit, the women behind the counter asks if I've been here before. I said yes, and she replies, "then you know you're supposed to call in your bagel orders one day in advance." She still fulfilled my order, which I thanked her for, but then was visibly annoyed that I selected "whole wheat everything" instead of "pumpernickel everything," which, by the way, looks exactly the same and was mis-labeled. After spending $35 on bagels, I honestly won't come back. I can understand having that rule in the summer, but it's January, after the breakfast rush, with plenty of bagels left, and no one else was there!! Just go to Coho Cafe, way friendlier, and they actually want to sell bagels. read more

This will be my third review of this business. The bagels are good and not bad for a chain. My issue with this establishment is the manager. In my first review, I made a comment that she (woman with orange and yellow hair) may have been having a bad day. It seems that she has "bad days" quite often. After my first review, I decided to go back to the store and give them another chance. Fortunately, on that visit she wasn't there, and the atmosphere was a cordial. On my next visit on 05/14/2022 she was present, and the vibe was anything but cordial. One other note, the store goes thru help like water. There is always someone new at the counter. Pretty sure, she is the common denominator as to why they can't keep help. I am hoping the owner of this business reads the Yelp reviews.
