Took away 1/2 dozen assorted bagels this morning. Hard to call them bagels....more like large, assorted dinner rolls - too doughy.

Total rip off. Ordered 1/4 lb of lox to go. Server brought a small condiment container out. I questioned tge weight but was assured it was correct. I ordered another to make 1/2 lb Came home and weighed both containers and the weight was only .43 oz. Thats pretty far off from 8 oz. I called and let server know my discovery and she commented thats what she was told. The cook needs to go back to school for basic math. Will never go to this establishment again. read more

The absolute best egg-everything that I've had. It was so fluffy and flavorful and their chive CC is to die for. Idk about all these other fools but this place is amazing. Highly recommend! (I do wish that they had more of a coffee selection tho. But I don't care. I will definitely be coming back) read more

The bagels are ok. Went this morning and ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Got home and they put the cream cheese on so thin it was not good. I guess they don't know what a good bagel is with a smear of cream cheese. read more

Yesterday my lunch buddy and I stopped here because we were in the area and love us some bagels. The first thing I noticed when entering was the lack of bagel choices. It wasn't that they were sold out of bagels, they just only offer about 6 different types of bagels. Being named "Bagel Factory" I would have expect 10 or more different varieties. I was also seriously disappointed that none of the flavors offered was a cheese bagel. I ordered the chicken, mushroom, and cheese sandwich on a garlic bagel and my lunch buddy ordered tuna melt in plain bagel. The sandwiches took a little longer to make than I expected but it was a nice day and we enjoyed the nice weather sitting outside. The sandwich were a good size and we both agreed tasted good. My garlic bagel had lots of garlic, which I like. If you don't want an intense garlic flavor you probably won't like this bagel. The people running the business were very friendly and helpful. We couldn't eat all of our sandwiches and asked if we could get a little cup of ice to keep our food cool. They happily obliged and gave us a huge bag of ice. If I was in the the shopping center I'd probably go back, otherwise I'd probably try out one of the many other bagel places in that area. read more

It was good. Had no problems! It wasn't the Ruth's Chris of bagels but it's homemade and it's tasty. The poor rating they have is unfair. Appears to be somewhat family ran. The girls working the front were very sweet and were a joy to be around. We drive back and forth every weekend to the beach house and plan to stop regularly now that we have found it. read more

Oy vay if you ever need a new yawk bagel down here in the south and all your other carpetbagger friends want to join you, come on down to the bagel factory. We sit right outside a retirement community full of northerners! Food was okay. Way too expensive for the quality. Others who ordered after me, got served before me, echoing an experience of another reviewer. No one was wearing masks either. Bagel fail! The bagels are good- chewy but major fail- the cinnamon raisin bagel I got- toasted with cream cheese tasted like garlic! Ugh. Not a good mix. Did they use the same bagel slicer for both sweet and savory? Or put it on a cutting board where a garlic bagel was last? It was awful. Also- iced tea but no lemons? Twice they said they were out of lemons but come on! They are right next to Publix- lazy or maybe they don't know lemon goes with tea. I will pass on this place. read more

First off, there was an UNBELIEVABLE amount of flies in the store ... touching all the bagels in the open cabinet ... GROSS. We waited over 30 minutes to get 3 bagels (toasted with cream cheese ... not a special order or anything) and this wasn't because they were super busy, it was simply because they gave guests that arrived after us their items first. Lots of employees running around doing various jobs other than taking/fulfilling orders. No apologies for our excessive wait either. Will not be returning. read more

It absolutely amazes me how some small businesses open their doors and just sit back and wait for the money to roll in! What ever happened to working to build a customer base that wants to come back because of good product and great service? This place is open from 6AM until 2PM and based on my schedule the only time I could be there was at 1:40- still well before their closing time and I really wanted to give a new local business a try and hopefully support them in the future. Well, at 1:40, half the lights were out and the shelves were empty. I knew that the selection might be somewhat limited at the end of the day but I had hoped to get a couple dozen bagels and maybe a few different flavored cream cheeses. The bagel bin was completely empty and when the clerk (who ignored me when I first came in) said "did you want something?" I said yes, I was hoping to get some bagels. Do you have any? "UM, ah, I'm not sure- let me check". She went in the back and came back and said what kind did you want? I said how about sesame? she said let me check- no, we don't have any. How about cinnamon raisin? Let me check- no, we don't have any of those either. Well why don't you tell me what you do have? Well I think we might have some cheddar jalapeno and some plain, I'll check. No, they're actually 7 grain I think. At this point I thought it had been WAY TOO MUCH effort to get some bagels from somewhere that wasn't all that interested in selling them so I just shook my head and left and got some bagels at Publix. I don't care what time you close your business- if you want to close at 1:40 in the afternoon great, that's fine with me. But if you are open for business until a certain time then STAY OPEN, keep the lights on and the shelves stocked and when you close (at closing time) then clean up, put stuff away, turn out the lights, etc. I can't imagine how the business will ever make it when your priority is closing up early rather than grabbing every bit of business you can! read more

Visited this morning with 5 other people..arrived around 9:30 a.m. The place is clean with total of 4 tables. We took two of the tables that seat 4 each. There is a larger table outside but it is filthy so we sat indoors. I will stick in describing my own experience. When we arrived the lady behind the counter was hurried, stressed and not in good humor. The place was a little busy with people getting coffee and bagels to go. I ordered an egg salad sandwich on wheat bread to eat there, along with a coffee that you serve yourself. I had a coupon but because the lady wasn't on her game, I never did get my discount...which was buy one get one. I paid $14.00 for two sandwiches and two drinks. The first thing she said to me when I walked up to order, was something about I have to call 24 hours ahead..which confused me. She pointed to my coupon which also had a bagel tray deal...we got that straightened out and I ordered. The coffee was good but I waited probably 15 minutes on the sandwich that came on molded bread. Luckily after the first bite I realized something wasn't right and saw the mold on both slices. I took it back up to the lady and asked her to remake it on white bread which they did. About 5 -7 minutes later I get the food and it is okay. She also apologized and gave me $5.00 gift certificate for my trouble. To be honest, the food isn't that good to warrant a revisit for prepared food. The bagels are good, but I think those come from Benjamin's Bakery. If you like bagels..you are in luck. If you want lunch, not sure I would go here when Publix is next door and have really good sandwiches prepared to order and your can order via mobile. I was disappointed and the attitude displayed didn't give me the warm and fuzzy to want to return. read more
