This is one of those small businesses that you hope does well and you have a great experience the first time you go because you get a staff member that cares and then you go back for the same thing aonyh later and get a staff member that is just trying to make money to get her nails done. You know the kind where she doesn't really want the job just wants the payroll parents off her back. Yeah, that. Not the business fault they can only hire those that apply. And I did see a no phone rule in effect, cause the girl was trying to hide the phone but, yeah great food, just don't have high hopes for all the staff actually being ~aware. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I did not try any food this time. Today was my 1st visit here and it's a nice local homey cafe vibe. The service was prompt and pretty friendly. I was looking for somewhere other than Starbucks to plop down to have a work meeting and get some things done after dropping my daughter off to work and glad I stopped in. It was still lively but not as loud as Starbucks can be; music there is always on blast so everyone is louder. There were a few guests that I would have liked to informed them to use their inside voices, but overall was a good spot to accomplish what I needed to. I ordered two drinks since I had already eaten lunch. The chai latte was really good and did not appear to be loaded with sugar which was exactly what I was looking for. I was in here a little under two hours and a couple times I was acknowledged, but in no way made to feel like I should pack up my "office" and go. I work hybrid so I am always looking for places along my travels that allow me to take care of business; this did. On the way out I ordered a refresher because I wanted a pick me up but not necessarily coffee. I asked for a suggestion and purchased the Pink Sand which does taste like a mildly sweet escape to an island... Bermuda to be exact (in my mind). It seems to be a family run business and being a local Delawarean I am always looking to support small businesses. As stated the only reason for 4 stars is because I didn't eat anything but most that came in were eating lunch and even saw some one buy a slew of bagels so that's saying something. Very nice little cafe right in the heart of Glasgow. I can't speak on the drinks as I only stopped by for some bagels. However the lox bagel on everything was awesome, stacked high with smoked salmon and cream cheese! We also ordered some cinnamon raisin to take home for the storms. I can deffintely say, they make some good bagels. I'll be back to try to boba soon! read more

Came in here on a Tuesday around 10:30am. There were a few people in line in front of me, but the line moved quickly. The girl working the counter was super friendly. There is plenty of seating and the bathrooms were clean. The food was brought out in under 10 mins. I had sausage, egg, and cheese on a jalapeño bagel and it was great. The bagel was perfectly chewy and had solid flavor. I also had a black cold brew and it was super smooth; not bitter at all. I would recommend! They have so many bagel flavors.. you'd have to come a ton to get to try them all:) read more

Great neighborhood spot! The relaxing atmosphere was inviting. After my morning walk we decided to pop in for a breakfast sandwich. The place had quite a few seated customers, and a small line but it moved quickly. The menu had a good variety of items to choose from. Hubby and I got the chicken sausage and egg on a plain bagel. It was really good!!! Our sandwich took a bit longer than expected but that was due to the number customers I assume. Overall a good experience and I will be back for sure. read more

Really cool place and you don't break the bank for a 16oz blueberry butterfly lemonade tea with rainbow jelly boba and a cranberry orange bagel toasted with cream cheese was $10 normally that be the price of just the boba tea , super happy staff nice sit in option or to go. I remember ordering and a few minutes later my order was ready definitely a great find for those bagel muffin and crescent fans ( they have amazing chocolate filled one ) definitely will be stopping by again soon. read more

When traveling, I've been here twice with my sister-in-law, and we dropped in today to grab some bagels before we head down to the beach. It's just a small place, but it's decorated really cute! They were busy, but it went pretty quick! The bagels had been picked over, but that's what you get for going after 12 o'clock. We picked up 2 iced drinks also and they didn't last long! If your looking for an authentic NY style bagel this is NOT it. I'm from NY , I know a bagel. This is a baked roll of sorts. The lox cream cheese with dill was ok; just a lot of dill mixed in plain cream cheese with bits of lox. I feel the dill was overpowering the spread. That said, it's a charming little cafe. Menu items looked intriguing. It's clean & staff is nice. I most likely won't return for bagels. read more

New Boba place in People's Plaza!! I enjoyed this boba drink! Definitely recommend the popping bubbles..so good. We went around 1 and they were out of plain bagels, so I got the pumpernickel one and it was very good. They make fresh bagels daily and have a lot of different choices between sweet and savory ones. They have a gluten-free bagel option as well. Very clean facilities and nice atmosphere in the restaurant with plenty of seating options. The service was fast and efficient. Very good restaurant with very delicious and fresh sandwiches. The web ordering process was very convenient. I have ordered bacon lettuce and tomato on everything bagel with some horseradish sauce and that is delicious. It is so good that I look forward to every Thursday to order that.the service is quick and the bagel taste extremely fresh and soft. Definitely recommend their sandwiches. Ordered a matcha milk tea and lox of love bagel sandwich with a GF bagel, only because I shouldn't be eating too much gluten. I got the matcha with the least amount of sugar on the delivery app, and it was delicious! Tastes like real matcha. The bagel sandwich was impressive-great ratio of toppings and the lox was fresh. I LOVE Bagels & Boba. I frequently come here with my 18 month old daughter on early Saturday mornings. Egg cheese & avocado breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel, while sipping a hazelnut latte - really sets my weekend off to a good start =) I'm also a big fan of the avocado open bagel and a mango cream boba drink for lunch. I am a Long Island Bagel Snob and always try bagels in different areas. Before today there was only one other bagel business in DE that passed my test. Today I found the second that equally passed my test!! BAGELS & BOBA has a great tasting bagel with substance. It held its flavor and composition with the sandwich (Bacon Avocado Egg)!!!!
