They did not have what we needed in stock either time, but they ordered them to the store, called us when they were ready and we came back and picked them up. The best part on ordering strollers, car seats or furniture from them is that they have a promotion where you get 25% back on a gift card to purchase on anything (that isn't furniture, car seats or strollers) to use within 6 months. They also have any/all baby gear you need! Shower me with love was one of the only stores that came up in my search for baby stores around Charlotte. I was happy it opened at 9am.. accommodates a toddler who also wakes up early! My husband, daughter, and I came here and were initially excited to see an abundance of strollers in the window. Our excitement ended there. When we entered the store, it appeared like no employees were in sight. I grabbed the 2 double strollers I saw and wheeled them around the store to get a feel for them. Of course no price tags are on the products ($$$ ughhh). So, I was waiting around, looking for an employee to ask. I only found one when I went to the checkout area. It was at that time I was informed that the only 2 people qualified to educate and talk to me about strollers were not working that day! No other employee could help. Seriously? So I guess that's why the stroller part of the store was ignored (there were a couple other families there looking lost and wondering were help was). So we left. The good part is, that one of the employees was able to tell me the cost of the stroller I was looking at. I found the same stroller online, on sale, for a fraction of what I would have gotten it for here.

He explained each of the 15+ options in detail and helped walk me through the whole process, and he even honored their Black Friday weekend discount when I called back the next day with my Gina decision. Paul was also very communicative around the install -- just a wonderful person to work with and deserves recognition for his kindness! The chair was delivered and installed within three weeks and everything went very smoothly. We are glad they have an automatic 18-month warranty too, just in case (nice that this isn't an extra charge!). Wonderful experience all around -- highly recommend working with Cozy Kids Pineville (especially with Paul)!!!

Customer service is not at all proactive and I have to be the one to initial contact every time. I had to call several time to get status information on furniture purchase and when it would be delivered. Dresser was delivered damaged and no one contacted me to replace; I had to call to get information on the replacement. And there are stickers that are impossible to remove on the front/visible sides of the crib and the changing tray. While removing a sticker, part of the paint has peeled off with the sticker on my brand new furniture!
