At 10:00 AM, I visited another store, pulling my medium-sized suitcase with the broken zipper. After I completed my shopping (15 minutes or less), I returned to Samsonite to find a sign on the door saying they would be closed for the day. I returned on Sunday after confirming the store was open. I dropped off my suitcase; they confirmed my prior registration and I left. The repaired suitcase arrived at my house three (3) days later fixed and ready to use prior to the holidays. The repair service was excellent (5/5 stars). If you need a repair, don't hesitate to return it to a Samsonite location for an expeditious repair. I am giving the store 4/5 stars. It is unfortunate that they didn't have the staff to open on this warm Saturday.
