It was at that time I was informed that the only 2 people qualified to educate and talk to me about strollers were not working that day! No other employee could help. Seriously? After only a few months of normal, non-daily wear, the right boot developed an interior tear at the heel, clearly indicating a manufacturing defect. I returned to the store with the boots and provided proof of purchase via my credit card transaction, which clearly shows the date, location, and amount of the purchase. Store staff refused to assist, stating they required an itemized receipt, and were unwilling to look up the transaction in their system, despite this being a standard retail capability. At this price point, boots should last significantly longer than a few months. The defect is not the result of misuse or excessive wear. My only request was a straightforward exchange for a non-defective pair. I have spent several thousand dollars with Boot Barn over the years, frequently purchasing boots priced over $500. This experience reflects a disappointing lack of support for a loyal customer and a failure to stand behind the products being sold. I expect this warranty issue to be resolved promptly. If it is not addressed, I will reconsider doing further business with Boot Barn.

He explained each of the 15+ options in detail and helped walk me through the whole process, and he even honored their Black Friday weekend discount when I called back the next day with my Gina decision. Paul was also very communicative around the install -- just a wonderful person to work with and deserves recognition for his kindness! The chair was delivered and installed within three weeks and everything went very smoothly. We are glad they have an automatic 18-month warranty too, just in case (nice that this isn't an extra charge!). I had to call several time to get status information on furniture purchase and when it would be delivered. Dresser was delivered damaged and no one contacted me to replace; I had to call to get information on the replacement. And there are stickers that are impossible to remove on the front/visible sides of the crib and the changing tray. While removing a sticker, part of the paint has peeled off with the sticker on my brand new furniture!
