Walk past the genderless bathrooms and there is a separate room (with its own music) where karaoke is held on Saturday nights. We walked in, selected a seat, and were greeted and promptly ordered. My wife had their regular daiquiri, and I had their Bomb Cherry version. Both were perfectly chilled and were very good. We'd eaten at the City Market, and regretted that because we didn't know that they also have food. Beef sandwiches, pizza, and other stuff. We're going back for a full experience in the near future! All and all it appeared they were understaffed for the patrons they had. We met some people at the elevator that had been outside dining and they said the food was good, however it was slow to come out for them also. I guess they have a rooftop deck for dining outside. The place is really kind of neat and I would have liked to eaten there. It seems like it may have been an old factory or something converted to hotel and dining. I was intrigued by the short rib eggs Benedict. May stop by again when we're in the area, hope things improve. Seems like it could use some better management. We did speak to the staff at the front desk in the main lobby on the way out and they were totally indifferent, no sorry about your bad experience, more of an oh well attitude.

The taproom has enough room for the bar, and quite a few tables. Got a view into the back to see where the beers are made. There's a balcony where bands can play live music too. Beers are why people come of course. It's about $7 a pint. Best one we had of these was the Tawny Ale. This is an Irish Red of medium strength. It's about $12 for a soft pretzel. These are massive so they're great for sharing. One of the dips looked like peanut butter. This was actually fudge if you can believe it, and you can get cheese as well as mustard. For sure it's one of this city's main attractions. It's got lots of beers, and because it's in the Pretzel City, get one of those to munch on. They're closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
