don't ever use this company they will leave your items in the front yard for anyone to pick up but you pay them and so the lumber stayed but my other items that i paid for not here their drive to lazy to call you and ask you what to do with the other items in a box i will never use them for anything good old lowes here i come read more

Had them come out to give me an estimate on replacing two picture windows. Showed up time and everything went well. He said something and I told another company to give me an estimate too because I had no idea of the cost.. the guy then started bad mouthing the other company and how expensive and high pressure they were. When he got ready to leave I asked when he'd have a bid for me. He said probably 3-4 days. Well it's been almost 2 weeks and I've heard nothing, call not returned well needless to say we've gone with another company and not the one he badmouthed. I have to say my experience with bagwell lumber has been a nightmare from the start.I had a home built that bagwell lumber supplies windows for .i believe they supply most of the new homes especiality in sun lakes sebring. The person i have the unfortunate conntact with from the day i did my walk through on my new house is name is Gary cant remember is last name. I noticed that two of my windows didnt look right.so gary came out looked at them and said appers the glass was installed wrong at factory.He said he woulkd take care of with the window manufacture,its been since April of 2023 and still now window replacement.All i get is one excuse after another with this guy never calls to give me a update on whats going on.if i do talk to him he gives one excuse after another.I cant beleive a local company like Bagwell lumber would let this go on for so long .There is no customer service any more.If it was possible give zero starts i would read more

So you've got your little private Ma & Pa hardware stores floating around here and there. Then you've got your big-box home improvement stores that we all know. These folks are a different type of animal all together. It's clear when you walk in that one major focus is contractors. You'll see plenty of them loading up trucks of all sizes with materials for big projects. There are lots of hardware items available in bulk. It's also clear that another focus is homeowners working on bigger projects. If I was going to build a deck, this would be a great place to visit. If I was going to do a room addition, ditto. This is not a store with fancy merchandizing like the big-box folks. There are no fancy displays here. It's also not as well organized. Most folks that come here know what they want and they want to load up and get back to work. They are very popular, fill some niches, and I appreciate that! read more
