The presentation is so cute and colorful. It's looks AMAZING. The flavors are mango, avocado and strawberry. I added collagen which gave it a creamy texture. The mango and avocado flavors were my favorites. The mango layer had tiny bits of mango. The strawberry layer was ok. It needed more strawberry flavor. The collagen powder why not it's good for the skin! It's an extra cost though. The space is decorated simple, but modern and chic, The ambiance is cute and cozy. They even sell merchandise for their brand. Service was good no complaints. The staff seemed helpful and friendly. Overall good service and experience. I enjoyed the smoothie. I believe in good customer service and having a reasonable regard for loyal customers; of which I have been a regular, loyal customer since relocating here. The story...I order the same smoothie each time, it's on the SK app on re-order. A few moments ago I ordered my regular and 2 others, a little over $34. My husband and son start drinking theirs and when I taste mine it tasted like watered down juice, no amount of thickness AND I take out all but one juice blend when I have it made. I took 2 sips trying to convince myself that I'd be able ignore the fact that it wasn't smooth or thick at all. Nope couldn't do it, so I turned back around in traffic and went back. My husband took it inside to tell them that it was too watery (not my usual consistency at all). The owner said that he'd be happy to remake it but he'd charge me for another smoothie. I could see the rationale perhaps if i weren't a regular customer or perhaps a customer with a history of making complaints or maybe if I had drank most of the smoothie, but none of those things were the case, it was literally still full and swishing around the cup like colored water. He just kept saying that they made it according to the recipe and that unless it is usually made with more ice then he had no way to know why it wasn't the usual consistency. All of that could be accurate, but if my other 2 smoothies were of a different consistency (nice and thick and creamy) why would one think that the other smoothie (my smoothie) shouldn't be the same; whether it would require adding more ice or not, a smoothie should not be the consistency of thick water unless someone asks for it to be. After much back and forth he reluctantly agreed to remake it, but by this time I had no desire to engage in what I believed to be a poor expression of customer service; 5-7 minutes of my life that I couldn't get back listening to someone try to convince me why I shouldn't have an issue with a product that I purchased that didn't taste the way that I purchased it to taste. I like the owner; he and I spoke once in great detail about the franchise business and my desire to start one, however the way he handled the situation today gave me pause. Needless to say I will not be patronizing this location again. I don't spend my little money in places where businesses don't value it. If I paid for a product that didn't meet my basic standards, don't tell me why it should.
