I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The service was incredibly fast, and my order was ready in just a few minutes. Great ambiance to just sit and chill options too. The gals don't talk much. They got stuff to do! Like fix your drink lickety split!! The smoothie tasted fresh and delicious!! You can really tell they use quality, fresh fruit. Everything was flavorful, and the prices were reasonable for the quality and portion size. If you're looking for a quick, affordable, and refreshing meal or smoothie, this is definitely a place worth visiting. I'll be back! Their different options for bowls are just delish and they have ao many fun options for more healthy and tasty breakfast and lunch, with the chipotle chicken egg flat as my fav to date! Had a wonderful (and redemptive) experience at Tropical Smoothie this AM! Walked in to numerous hard working employees and was greeted multiple times by everyone. I was able to order utilizing an online card (using the keypad to type in all the info!) My smoothie and wrap came out quickly and were both handed to me by a kind employee. The smoothing was sooooo yummy and refreshing and the wrap was hot and filling despite it's smaller size. I would definitely come back for this great experience. read more

Great location, really easy to access off of Exchange. They have a great selection of wraps and sandwiches, and A LOT of smoothies to choose from. We ordered a seasonal item, watermelon mojito smoothie, and it was delicious! So refreshing and perfect for summer. For their smoothies you can get add ins like protein, but we just stuck with what came in the smoothie by itself. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Our cashier told us what other smoothies and food to try on our next visit, what's popular and what she recommended. Our smoothie came out very quickly too! The inside is very bright, welcoming, and clean. Plus all the staff are wearing masks and gloves when they prepare food. I appreciate them taking precautions, and following food handling safety. The bathrooms are gender neutral, and very well kept up. This will definitely be a new drink and lunch go to read more

I had an awful experience with one of the workers here. He had glasses and a beard and was extremely abrupt and rude when taking my order he acted like I was bothering him just for trying to get food. I stayed there for a while with my friends well we are, and we all watched him just stand around and do nothing while the other employees did all the work. It wasn't just my order either he didn't make anything for multiple orders and just kept watching everyone else handle it. Overall, he was disrespectful, unprofessional, and had a terrible attitude. Quick service with clean bathrooms and they even have a happy hour Monday through Friday $2 off drinks between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. my favorite is the avocadolada, which I would describe as a fruity avocado smoothie made with coconut water, it's refreshing and delicious. read more

First (& last) visit to this location. We ordered at 8:30 but when the food came out at 9pm (& we were told we'd have to leave as they were closing) we checked the wraps & realized all 4 were incorrect, as well as the quesadilla. The cook offered to remake them & was very personable & willing to "make it right" but unfortunately he didn't have the training ... as in, it seemed he didn't know the recipes for the wraps we ordered. Wrong ingredients, wrong sauces, wrong everything. So at 9:30pm we were sent off without dinner but with a refund (so thanks for that at least.) The worst was the person who originally took the order, who IMO should not be in customer service. She was unable to answer basic inquiries & offered no support to the person struggling to fill the orders for an hour & she even stared at me blankly & walked away when I tried speaking to her. Overall, a pretty messed up experience. (Smoothies were fine & tasted as they usually do at other locales.) Update following business owner reply: The response from T Smoothie seems pretty copy & paste to anyone who leaves a poor review. I never wanted to "publicly shame" this establishment or the people who work there so I originally DID reach out to leave private feedback at corporate. After no one ever acknowledged receipt of my concerns, I left this Yelp review, honestly in the hope that whoever is in charge will make some much needed changes for the sake of future customers (not me.) read more

This restaurant is absolutely disgusting! There is nothing " fresh" about their meals. The chicken tasted like ones you get out of a can same with the beans and the salad was old it was all red and brown. If you want real " fresh " wraps go to Royal Halal on spring creek and custer in Plano. I ordered the Baja wraps and Cajun shrimp wraps and the bacon ranch sandwich for my colleagues. All of us got sick! Jamba Juice has way better smoothies as well. I will NEVER recommend this restaurant chain. The only good thing that came out of it was getting my $57 refund.
