One star is too much for this shop. The presumed manager/owner did not speak when we were waiting to point out the uncleanliness we observed. He just stared at us. We observed him scratching/rubbing his lip with his finger. He then came straight to us and waited for us to order. His unsanitary practice was gross and I would imagine against city health codes. He was reported to Fix-It Plano, Food Division. He definitely had an attitude, even before we called him out. We'll never return. read more

What a difference a year makes. I went to baskin Robbins September 3rd around 8:55 p.m. the 2 employees behind the counter were busy waiting on other customers. Once they finished I should have been next. A woman with two kids walked in and they immediately waited on her. WHat? I was standing right in front of the ice cream I wanted. I finally decided to walk out. I told the kid behind the counter I guess you guys just lost my business. The Smart Ass kid said well have a nice night. I went to Henry's ice cream down the street. This is our go-to place for ice cream especially after school. Different locations have different vibes and sure there may be a lot of boutique ice cream places that are opening up.. you can't mess with the variety and also the taste of this ice cream. My favorite being Jamoca, I haven't found any other flavor anywhere that compares. Lol, I even had the tax crunch to get me motivated to finish my taxes! And my ultimate favorite is the Love Potion #31. My kids always want to pick this place, last time though they were 48 flavors, they still pick the same flavor mint chocolate chip and chocolate chip. The staff always greet us with smiles and are always quick to help us. We are loyal customers! read more

Several months after closing shop, a new BR is open - same strip center, but a new space facing Legacy Road. The store is brighter, cleaner and has better street visibility. Likely that's why they moved. The ice cream is still very good, as you'd expect from BR. My husband and I celebrated the return of our neighborhood BR by sharing a banana split. (We may be able to walk here from home - which we often do - but calories aren't free!) This would be a 5-star but they didn't put a water fountain in the new space like they had in the old. That's something we really missed, because super sweet ice cream can really make you thirsty. Otherwise this is a great stop. They runs specials several nights a week and often have deals on pre packed pints. read more

There is something very reliable about the 31 flavors at Baskin Robbins...and that was my thought when I happened upon this location during a particularly busy and chaotic day. The opportunity to sit a few minutes in relative peace with a couple of delicious scoops of my favorite ice cream was a luxury. The ladies who helped me were very nice, and the service was fast. I have no idea if the have internet; I was unplugged, so to speak. Mostly I noticed the location was clean, had lots of tables, so depending on the time you visit there could be lots people. Regardless, their ice cream is so reliably delicious, now that I know of this place. I'm sure I'll be back. read more

I love Baskin-Robbins because they have so many flavors of ice cream and you get to choose not only one, but how many ever you want I have tried some of these flavors, pistachio chocolate and cherry jubilee. I definitely recommend cherry jubilee for you to try. read more

I ordered a cake for my dad's birthday that I picked up yesterday & it looked wonderful ! Very well put together & tasted delicious! I requested for them to write Happy Birthday Dad! on the cake & the cursive writing was really pretty! The two lovely ladies who were working were so friendly & kind. They were helpful & made me feel welcome. There is one Baskin Robbins location closer to my house but I plan on making the trip to this one from now on! This location is far superior than the others I have been to & I will be sure to return. :) read more
