this place is so ASS. they were laughing and flirting with each other while making me the complete WRONG snowcone. i ordered a strawberry cheesecake delight and they gave me a peach snowcone that was half plain ice. if you're going to go to bahama bucks, GO TO THE ONE ON BELL. We visit Bahama Bucks pretty often. Today went to grab a treat during my work break and sat in the drive though waiting for 20 minutes with no greeting whatsoever. Pulled around to see all the staff huddled around the computer. Wont be back to this location. read more

I love bahama bucks but not this one. It smelled like stinky swamp water. Also was so excited to try the new sonic flavor but was told after I had already paid that they were out of sour patch sauce (the best part) so I was disappointed. Waited over an hour in the drive-thru! You sit and sit and sit and wait for them to take your order, they do and then they ask what you ordered when you get to the window. Then you continue to wait, wait and wait some more! The parking lot is horrible so you become hostage! You're forced to wait no matter what! read more

Received an interview at Texas Tech Pharmacy school so just dropping in town, heard from a friend about this place that it's not a "standard" snow-cone stand. He was right! It's really good and has a better texture (very thin and smooth) and Since it was our first time Madison and John let us sample different flavors! They were super polite and gave us punch cards. Go to a different Bahama Buck's location if you're in Amarillo. Every time I go here I wait more than 30 minutes for a sno cone. Even if I place my order online ahead of time, I still wait 30 minutes. The employees move like turtles & have no sense of urgency. PLEASE hire better employees! The SNO at Bahama Buck's is the perfect texture - never a stray chunk of ice to be found. My favorite part is going inside and sampling a couple new flavors each time we visit - I almost always want to order one of my standby favorites (birthday cake, blueberry muffin) but they're happy to give samples, so there is always the opportunity to find a NEW favorite. Don't know what it is about this location but the employees do not pay attention. I always order my drink and request NO WHIP and yet 98% of the time I've gone my drink came with whip cream. (Not exaggerating, I've actually calculated it). I know it seems petty to complain about this but now I can almost always expect to just ask them to take off the whip cream before they even open the window. The drinks are really good which is why I keep coming back but I just don't know why every employee gets it wrong EVERY single time. Simple enough. In the 2 minutes you take my order, repeat my order, simply pay attention while your making my drink! I feel silly posting a review about whip cream but after coming here the entire summer it's really gotten on my nerves! Okay, rant over.
