Another time, my sis brought me one called a Chickle (Cherry Pickle) H.E.A.T and it, too, was amaaazzzing. You wouldn't think that an energy shake with cherry flavor and pickle (yes, literal sliced pickles are added which you'll see in the picture attached) would be good but I encourage you to try it before making up your mind. I was hesitant to try it at first because I'm not a fan of cherry flavored things as they often taste like cough syrup to me but, honestly, it is more like a hint of cherry, and the pickle flavor nutralizes it and gives the shake a nice tang. The H.E.A.T.s really do give energy. They have B12 in them, and I can already tell a difference in how I feel from drinking half the shake this morning, and I'm running on roughly 4 1/2 hours of sleep. The service was friendly and the place was neat and clean. It can be a bit pricy ($5.00 for a H.E.A.T) but I'm sure it isn't cheap keeping all needed ingredients at hand. They also sell protein shakes! I haven't tried their protein shakes yet but do plan on it. I recommend checking this place out and trying what they have to offer!

went in here for my morning cup and ask if they had pour over. i was looking over the selection of…read morebeans and cashier suggest the house blend. try it and was underwhelmed. seems to be a bit diluted. and i tasted a little sour note. sorry, i dont like sour african coffee. my preference is south american chocolate nutty notes. i also felt the coffee to water ratio was perhaps higher to my liking. i usually do 20g coffee to 200ml water about a 10-11 ratio. this tastes kinda like a 15-16 ratio. i think this is just personal preference as I am just used to drinking more concentrated coffee than standard. my grind is also smaller thus if i extract to long, the coffee becomes bitter... anyways, pour over is a science with grind size, pour process and ratios all contributing to the flavor profile... not to mention the beans itself.. the only thing i would have wanted is a flight of different beans so I can try a variety and thus purchase the beans i like perhaps i should have instructed them to do a 10-11 ratio. anyways, the breakfast burrito was good and the place looks to be a really nice spot to hang as well. decided not to buy any beans.. perhaps i will mail order and try the other beans once I need to replenish my beans in a month or so

I ordered a lavender latte, and after waiting just over 15 minutes behind the gaggle of people who ordered before me, my hot beverage was ready. I really liked the cup they served it in. It had a cute mountain gradient with their logo on top. The coffee itself was pretty good. It was not anything groundbreaking, but I enjoyed it for what it was. Having to briefly hop on a call with my boss, I went out to their small outdoor patio and took the call. It was also a pretty decent spot for getting some work done. They serve a ton of different options, and it is probably a popular stop for people in the surrounding medical district to get a quick coffee boost. There were also plenty of people drinking beers and mimosas when I came in, celebrating their semester coming to a close at 9:30 in the morning, so good for them. You love a catch all spot. Drive thru is hopping on a late Saturday morning, plenty of parking outside and seating inside. Ordered the usual (decaf flat white, heavy cream) and it came out HOT and quickly. That first sip is like heaven on earth. Hot. Creamy. Coffee forward. They've got the ratios just right and this is a splendid beverage. Friendly staff inside, wishing us a great day as we left - felt very genuine and kind. We'll bookmark this place for the return trip(s). A bit far to become regular customers here, but definitely worth the detour off I40 for a local spot!

My daughter and I went through to get a coffee, all of a sudden we hear a loud pop, my car relays that I have a flat tire at 0% air. I move the car 2-3 feet to the 2nd lane. A worker comes out asks if we are okay due to the noise they heard of the tire popping in their drive thru lane. She was super nice and APOLOGETIC. She brought my daughter a free coffee, she felt so bad, saying they knew the pothole had to be fixed. I had to have the car towed to discount tire across the street as it was not drivable without damaging the rim. Went through an entire process with Dutch bros insurance and they told me they couldn't help me because they couldn't prove the tire wasn't flat in their hula hoop sized pot hole in their drive up ordering lane, despite the works coming out because they heard it. The insurance woman said it could have happened on the main Street (Coulter) and I could have ran over a nail and I drove in like that. Then how did the workers "hear" the tire pop. I don't know how it happened, I wasn't going fast, I just didn't expect a huge pothole there and drove in it and pop. Did they take responsibility? No. Do they now have cones around it? Yes. So $149.10 down the drain because Dutch Bros. Doesn't want to take responsibility for not maintaining a safe drive thru lane. Unfortunately I will not return as a customer, not because I don't enjoy their drinks but because they refuse to admit that it happened on their property and instead blamed me and tried to say it happened elsewhere. Yes because when your tire is completely flat any normal person would risk damaging their rim on a completely flat tire to still go and order a coffee. Shame on Dutch bros.

The only problem is the customers that don't see that and end up just making one long line in the tiny parking lot instead of using the second lane.
