We love this place but we could do without the smart comments from the kids they have working behind the counter. If you don't like taking shaved ice orders go do something else. We were having a good day and decide to come to your location. We walked in and no one said anything as far as can we help you or anything. This location is awesome! The drive thru staff is super helpful and friendly. I visited on Snow Day! Snow day happens once a year at participating Bahama Bucks Locations. Each individual receives a FREE baby cone or 12oz snow cone with any mix of flavors! I chose birthday cake and pink lemonade. Both were perfectly made. I highly recommend this location. So many syrups. How do you choose? Based on the color? Our go-to order is a snow cone, so we haven't tried the smoothies or bowls yet. At the time of our visit, this location was offering drive through service and grab-and-go service only; no dining inside. Works for us. Tried the strawberry cheesecake delight and a mixed-flavor one--both were good! The small cheesecake with ice cream on the bottom was about $6. They got the size wrong but corrected it, though I'd have preferred a free one later instead of wasting a slushy I was already drinking. Overall, a good experience with a solid music selection. They have been amazing. I have gone there two days in a row, lol. They have been efficient, and my ice treats have been made to perfection. I love the fruit cups! The fruit is fresh cut, refreshing and delicious. The employees are also very nice. Worth stopping in or driving thru to check out what they have. I like that location is right off of the corner of New Braunfels Ave so it is easy to get to. Try the protein smoothies if you are not into having an icee type of drink. Otherwise I suggest asking if you can try some flavors that you are unsure of. They even have sugar free options as well as natural juice flavors too if you are concerned about sugar. Be sure to get a stamp card too and be brave and try the seasonal flavors they advertise on their white dry erase boards. read more

I walked in and nobody greeted because the teenagers in the kitchen were too busy throwing food at each other and then they started reaching with their bare hands into the shaved ice that they are about to serve people and throwing it at each other. This place was so delicious! And they gave us great customer service. Online it said they closed at ten but apparently they closed at 9. We walked in two mins before and they served us and let us sit to eat our icees. They were out of blue coconut so I chose a toasted coconut with condensed milk, which was even layered on the inside. At first the flavor is very pungent and almost tasted like a liquor, but when mixed with the condensed milk it became a perfect blend of cream and coconut! Definitely craving one now haha. My hubby had his usual. Strawberry but to my surprised it was actually extremely delicious. The prices were really good as well. We went with friend and got 6 icees for about $25. Definitely a good deal and place to go for shaved ice. I'm going to try something different next time (I'm a sucker for coconut haha) maybe the orange creamsicle . read more

Been here at this location several time in drive-thru, delivery & in-store orders... we LOVE the product, but lately going inside, we notice the store floors, counters, door handles, etc. are not well cleaned. There is no inside dining, so the cleanliness should be much better! read more

I was almost a customer, but when I walked in to purchase a drink the young lady at the counter " Jayden" did not feel like saying anything to me or my co worker. She seemed to busy to even let us know that she would help us after she was done. Customer Service was horrible and I am trying to understand why they feel like we didn't deserve any service at all. I've always loved Bahama Bucks and decided to try this location for the first time. The shaved ice was great as it normally is but the service we received at the counter was not. The young man working the register had an unpleasant attitude, almost like he hated his job, which isn't a way to handle customers when you're in the service industry. As soon as we walked in the door, he looked back at us, rolled his eyes and put his head on the counter. While we were ordering and trying to decide what we wanted, he seemed impatient like we were inconveniencing him when there was nobody else behind us. Maybe he was having a bad day, but it was a really negative experience for us. We left before we were finished eating our snacks because of his attitude. read more
