I came here a few weeks ago to get a small salt vape in order to attempt to quit smoking. I came in and the guys at the counter were more than happy to sit and explain the different styles and price ranges they offered, as well as their genuine opinion on each. 45 minutes of this and I walked I out with exactly what I needed. Today, two weeks later, I came in to replace my coil in my vape. They helped me install the new one without even asking. Unfortunately, the small rubber part broke off when he was refilling the juice. So what does he do? No hesitation, gets me a brand new tank for my vape. Excellent service, excellent people, and very reasonable prices on top of everything. I would give 6/5 stars if I could.

The cashier gave her a Nord coil that was way to small but she didn't know and left. When she got home I saw what she got and I went back to the store with her to get the correct ones. The cashier said that because she left the store they would not exchange it even thought it was just a couple of minutes ago and she had given her the wrong ones. The cashier didn't even remember the sale that was two minutes prior in an empty store. After some heated discussion she reluctantly made the exchange. Do not buy anything from this store as they have no idea what they are selling and will not stand by their mistakes. Just make the drive to Katy.
