Edit- went back October 2021. Still have rude staff and chastise those / have signs posted that you cannot vape in a vape store (seriously ? This is the most asinine thing ever , it's controlling , and promotes false beliefs that vaping is dangerous or something which is counterproductive to the vaping industry. I've never seen another store enforce such dumb policies where staff are allowed to fuss at paying customers . Also they took the pay to try thing away , citing Covid restrictions . They are phasing out the small bottles of their vape juice and I can see why they weren't busy. They really could've cared less about me giving them business, just were fixated on goofy policies . Juul pods are overpriced here. They charge $19.99 per pack of Juul pods when the convenient stores only charge $17.99. Juul compatible Caesar's brand is marked up to $17.99 when you can get them for $9.99 online. Bought 4 packs of Caesar mango pods and not impressed with the flavor. I'd love to exchange for a different flavor but their return policy will not allow it. Advice to owner.... allow exchanges on unopened items or allow for test vapes to make sure the cu likes the flavor. Update....thank you Eric for your response. Despite what the first reviewer has to say, I find this place the best shop in Cypress to get vape products. All the staff has been very nice and knowledgeable when it comes to products. Their prices are very cheap for the same brand compared to other stores (like twice as cheap!) I cannot recommend any other vape shops but this location. I have never had any problems here. If you have an attitude or are underage, getting kicked out is your problem. I would also recommend trying their house juice as well. I actually like the juice they produce. Same amount of nicotine as you pick, great flavors to choose from, and it's about $5-10 cheaper depending on the size you get. The environment is very chill. 10/10 recommended. read more
