Dead batteries in a sensor on the water heater had shut down the flow of water. The technician used a scope to probe all the way to the street were our sewer finally emptied into the main city sewer line. The camera probe found that a break occurred in the city's connector to our private line. Finntastic Plumbing then sent photographs made my their camera probe to the city. The city of Cleburne came the same day and inspected the sewer leak at the street in front of our house. The city was convinced that the city was liable for the damages. I am so thankful for Finntastic Plumbing doing all that battling for me the customer. Bottom line, the city of Cleburne was convinced that they were at fault and they the city of Cleburne would handle the repair for the broken sewer pipe at the street. Thank you, Finntastic Plumbing! The Travel Tech Mobile guy comes out, spends about 20 minutes diagnosing the issue. His best guess is that the issue is the battery isolation manager was bad and needed replacing. He didn't sound 100% sure but it was his best guess, so I was willing to roll with that. He said he would order the new part, estimated it would take a week to come in, and that he would return to install. His charge for the evaluation/diagnosis was $150 (for the 20 minutes of work he did) which he collected. A week passes I don't hear from him so I follow up with him. No answer. Over the next week I send multiple texts and place multiple phone calls but no response. A little more time passes, and I follow up again but no response, absolute crickets. Finally, I decided to buy the part and called another service to install it. Never heard back from this guy with Travel Tech Mobile RV. He basically charged me $150 for 20 minutes of time and was in the wind. This story is a 100% accurate recount of what happened. I would suspect that if they company responds to this review the excuse will likely be they lost their phone or had an emergency. Regardless, this was foul. I would rather you just say bro, I don't want to do the job so find someone else. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone looking to get work done.

They did get the job done quickly, 20 minutes, but charged me $253.50 for a job that should have cost $150 tops. This was a one man job, installing 2 $3 cut off valves. They charged me $43.50 for the $6 worth of cut off valves. Then $135 an hour and a $75 service charge. To top it all off, they left the job without replacing the service panel and the bed pushed away from the wall. Very unprofessional! I called the office, told the lady how they had just left the job. She apologized and said she would call me right back. She never did! I will never call them again!

Pro Staff Plumbing I called them Saturday evening probably about 5: 00 really nice over the phone…read moretold me that he would have to charge me for Saturday rates which was $125 an hour with a minimum 2 hours he said probably with the issues that I had we were looking at around 300 or 350 I told him that I had my own parts that I had it broken apart was trying to fix it myself and couldn't he said no problem he had to go get his van great give him my address he came about 45 minutes or an hour later I thought it was kind of odd they sitting there van about five minutes him and his wife finally got out of the van i showed them the problems he said he probably had the part in his van that I didn't need to change the faucet he said saved you a lot of money I said great they went outside another 15 minutes came back begin to put the rubber seals back in the faucet all in all about 35 minute got through he told me it was going to be $350 I thought that was kind of high but I know calling people on Saturdays can be pricey so I go to give him a check we write the check out for $350 handed it to him and he said oh I forgot to add the part that I put on I said you're kidding me you're going to charge me more money I said how much he said the parts about 75 more dollars are you kidding me . he said no but he i would give you a $25 discount so just give me 50 more dollars you know I didn't argue with the man I said okay after it was all said and done he offered me a refrigerator magnet LOL I told him to keep it didn't mind paying the high price $350 but I was very angry after he tried to get $75 from me so for this reason I will never use pro staff Plumbing again so I'll give him one star for promptness
