The technician used a scope to probe all the way to the street were our sewer finally emptied into the main city sewer line. The camera probe found that a break occurred in the city's connector to our private line. Finntastic Plumbing then sent photographs made my their camera probe to the city. The city of Cleburne came the same day and inspected the sewer leak at the street in front of our house. The city was convinced that the city was liable for the damages. I am so thankful for Finntastic Plumbing doing all that battling for me the customer. He replaced two laundry valve both with the same color and a shower stopper, all parts value under $100 and spent less that 1 hours, he wanted to charge $800, that $700 for labor.... Laundry panel was broken but he didn't even bother to replace it, which would cost about $40 including the two valves. Secondly he cut open the wall to install the new tube, said that's not his job to fix the wall as he's not a sheet wall guy. ... Could have told me before he started. I'm doing this review because I don't want anyone to get rip off and unprofessional quality work. I will include pictures so people can decide. Good thing I called the owner Travis and he came out and re-do everything, pictures included for comparison. I hired this particular…read moreMobile RV service to take a look at an issue I was having with my motorhome chassis battery being drained by the coach. It was a new battery but would still drain. The Travel Tech Mobile guy comes out, spends about 20 minutes diagnosing the issue. His best guess is that the issue is the battery isolation manager was bad and needed replacing. He didn't sound 100% sure but it was his best guess, so I was willing to roll with that. He said he would order the new part, estimated it would take a week to come in, and that he would return to install. His charge for the evaluation/diagnosis was $150 (for the 20 minutes of work he did) which he collected. A week passes I don't hear from him so I follow up with him. No answer. Over the next week I send multiple texts and place multiple phone calls but no response. A little more time passes, and I follow up again but no response, absolute crickets. Finally, I decided to buy the part and called another service to install it. Never heard back from this guy with Travel Tech Mobile RV. He basically charged me $150 for 20 minutes of time and was in the wind. This story is a 100% accurate recount of what happened. I would suspect that if they company responds to this review the excuse will likely be they lost their phone or had an emergency. Regardless, this was foul. I would rather you just say bro, I don't want to do the job so find someone else. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone looking to get work done.

They charged me $43.50 for the $6 worth of cut off valves. Then $135 an hour and a $75 service charge. To top it all off, they left the job without replacing the service panel and the bed pushed away from the wall. Very unprofessional! I called the office, told the lady how they had just left the job.
