I live in an Association (Park West Owners Association). For several years, Clean Choice has cleaned our gutters. We are on their schedule next month to clean the gutters. Yesterday I had Clean Choice clean my dryer vent which is one of the services they provide. See pictures. I'm extremely satisfied with their service. I had Clean Choice come out to do window washing, gutters & pressure washing today. Al & Justin were here on time, maybe a little early with was fine with me. I cannot fully express what a great job they did! My windows are spotless as is the house and concrete, I don't think our gutters have ever been this clean! I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely have them out yearly to keep everything clean and sparkly. Clean Choice was absolutely fantastic to work with! Al was quick on his communication and professional. We needed windows cleaned ASAP for a house going on the market and before the listing photos were taken. Al was able to come out the next morning and get everything done for us! The house was a smoker's home prior and they were able to clean the tracks and windows to be spotless! I honestly cant believe how clean they are, seriously what did you guys use to get the frames so white!? haha They even repaired the screen that had come apart on the front screen door to the house. Asked for estimates to have my fathers house windows cleaned through Yelp. I went with Clean Choice due to price, reviews and Al seemed very nice and easy to work with. The first time I scheduled I ended up cancelling due to the weather. Al was so nice and easy going about it. I rescheduled and Al was very accommodating to my schedule. He and another person came out to clean the windows and they came out amazing! There were a few windows with streaks, but when I called Al after he left he explained that the streaks were due to being on the "inside" of the dual pain windows and they could not fix this. He did offer to come back out to check it out, but I believed him after trying to wipe them again. They were fast, did a good job and most of all polite and considerate. I desperately needed a gutter cleaning since they were clogged so I reached out to Al at Clean Choice. He responded super fast with a fair priced quote for a gutter clean! Once I decided I was ready to schedule, he provided me his earliest appointment that was a month and a half out (so make sure you schedule ahead of time). I told Al to let me know if he can get me in earlier or has any cancellations. A few days later, he messaged me to say he had an opening in a few days! I was so happy he was able to schedule me in. Al and his crew arrived on time and explained what they will be doing. Once they were done, they cleaned everything up and let me know where the build up was from that clogged my gutters. Al from Clean Choice did a great job cleaning our gutters and power washing the house. He gave a free quote which is what I ended up paying. There were 5 businesses that responded. Only two had gutter cleaning and power washing service. Clean Choice had a better price for both which was in our budget. Scheduling was easy. Communication was via Yelp messages. He called and said he could come earlier than scheduled which was great. I believe it was about two hours or less to complete. Our house looks so much better with the dirt removed. I've been wanting to do this for a while. The gutters no longer have plants growing out of them and all the leaves are gone . Al is very friendly and provided quick and efficient work. My husband spoke with him and reviewed everything after the job was complete. I'll be using Clean Choice again! read more

Did a great job cleaning out the gutters on my 2 story house at a great price. They came out and were on my roof for a couple hours cleaning out some really clogged gutters. They told me that there was sitting water and they had to get in there and dig out the muck. Then flushed and made sure downspouts were all flowing. I really appreciated that they took their time and put in effort cleaning my gutters. I can tell they take pride in their work and will definitely be calling them again in the future. read more

Just had Clean Choice over to my house this week! We have a long driveway, and tons of concrete in our backyard patio area. We've tried to pressure wash our concrete on our own and it literally takes us 2 days + our joints end up aching. Clean Choice got the entire job done in less than 2 hours, and bonus cleaned our dusty patio furniture since they were here. They ended up charging us less than we were quoted (I think I underestimated the amount of square feet for the concrete). We gave them a 20% tip because they were so fast, professional, and we were delighted to not have to do this work ourselves. We will definitely work with Clean Choice again! Thank you. read more

My business partner and I own a small three chair barbershop in Midtown Sacramento (The Gentlemen's Cutlery). The pillars on the front of our shop were very dirty from foot prints and other dirt and debris, so we asked Clean Choice to come and power-wash our storefront. They arrived on time, cleaned the area thoroughly and left our storefront looking prostine. And because the owner, Al, is a client of our shop, he even added in a power washing of the sidewalk as an extra gesture. It has been three years since my original review and I have had Clean Choice out to my house various times since, so I thought it was time to update. I have moved from Sacramento to Cameron Park. I had Al come take care of my gutters here. I hadn't seen him for a couple years but we picked up right where we left off. Today I had him come out and wash the patio at the new house. We couldn't be happier with their work today! The windows look absolutely beautiful! Quality of work is great but also I need to say how professional and courteous they were! Came dressed professional, we're friendly and got straight to work. On time, and super fast and efficient! Due to the Covid they're doing exteriors only but it worked out perfectly because it's all we needed done. We cleaned the insides of the windows ourselves with just windex and rags. Okay, where do you find anyone who offers to drop the price because it didn't entail as much as originally targeted. I really appreciate that because it just doesn't happen in this day and age. Now, for the work. Absolutely excellent. Power washed outside (including my awning) cleaned gutters and washed and dried windows and screens. Al and his associate completed work in a timely fashion. Oh, and another plus, put everything back in place which doesn't happen a lot either. I am a very happy customer and will be calling on him again. Guess that's why he gets 5-star reviews. read more

It was no big deal and I agreed to the higher price, but the technicians came to do the work with the lower price. Again, no big deal, but still confusing because it's not clear what I'm paying and price should be clear (especially if you are pre-writing a check). I confirmed the time of my appointment on several occasions which made it confusing when my technicians arrived an hour later than they should have and I had to ask for an ETA on their arrival. I suggest rather than committing to an exact time, provide a range and flexibility. That way customers can decide if that range works for them. Being on time and providing status updates if you're going to be late is a professional curtesy especially for customers on tight timelines. The cleaning was done nicely, but I did later notice spots in corners that were missed (i.e., behind doors). The front porch area was cleaned, but then the technician blew leaves back on it. They do answer their phones unlike other competitors that you just cannot seem to get ahold of no matter what. However, their power washing is a lot higher price than other competitors. Unfortunately I don't have time to have them come back out and fix anything they might have missed. I'm strapped for time as is. I'd work on communication, attention to detail, and leaving the place clean. Also, consider putting before and after pictures in some sort of written professional document like a PDF you can leave with the customer same day with a receipt before you leave.

He came and took about an hour and 15 mins. He let me know when he was done and the payment was so easy. He also let me know when and how often I need to get it cleaned again which was easy to remember. He told me every two years and after the leaves fall off of the tree that's right in front of our home. He was really nice and friendly! I used the Yelp project section and found out he's also affordable compared to others.
