He also accommodated our overpacked luggage. Trip from Washington Dulles International Airport: Ruby was our pleasant, personable, and outstanding driver. My husband and I were starving after our long flights from Rotterdam to Dublin and then to Dulles International. Recently, I paid for a two-day bus trip to Atlantic City and a casino in Bethlehem in which the organizer contracted with Premier 1 for transportation services. The bus driver Ed K was very unprofessional, and it was apparent in his initial interaction. He was 20 minutes late to the second pickup location because he chose the residential route instead of the most efficient one on the GPS. When he arrived at the second stop, he was asked to look at a faulty footrest that would not secure and made the seat unusable, his response was "All I do is drive, I am not a mechanic". That set his sarcastic tone for the remainder of the trip During the entire trip, uninvitedly interjected himself in several personal conversations among the other patrons and was far too engaged rather than remaining focused on driving efficiently and safely. He neglected to contact the bell hop service at the hotel next morning to have the baggage brought to the bus before departure as stipulated in the agreement which caused a delay. On the second stop at the casino, he drove the bus into an area clearly labeled for car valet parking only and the casino staff had to move parking cones and ropes to allow him to maneuver the bus out of the prohibited space. The final straw was when we arrived in the bus depot at the casino and were informed by the hostess that they had not received the required insurance paperwork from Premier. Without it, the casino was not able to honor the promised $25 slot play for each passenger. Christy, the coordinator from Premier provided an explanation that the computer was "frozen", and the paperwork was not accessible for verification. The organizer made a subsequent call, and Christy refused to come to the phone. **Christy and Doug before you decide to attempt to sarcastically explain away this review. There were 50 people on the bus that were promised $25 each in slot play as a part of the package from the casino that was not provided. And I do have a right to rate this experience because I paid for something that was not honored due to your negligence. read more

We worked with Premiere 1 for our wedding guest transportation and wedding party transport as well. Everyone, up to and including their CEO, were pleasant to work with. Both of our drivers, Brett (Trolley) and John D (sprinter van for the wedding party) were kind and did a great job; they were punctual and professional. Both vehicles were also very clean and in great condition. I certainly recommend using their services. The trolley also made for a great photo op during our wedding! read more

I had the pleasure of using the Premier 1 limousine service during the December Yelp event through Sweetlights in Hershey. Approximately 25 Yelpers loaded into their Party Bus and were chauffeured through the light show. The bus was very clean and roomy and comfortably fit all of us. The bus also was loaded with mood lighting and storage for beverages and food. There were TVs for movie viewing as well as a Bluetooth sound system which we used to play holiday music. The bus was also equipped with a restroom which is a necessity with that many people. The driver, JD, was extremely nice and helpful. He did everything he could to make us comfortable and the ride smooth. All in all it was a very impressive bus and would definitely recommend their company to anyone thinking of using a limo service! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I was forced to cancel a bachelorette party due to CORONAVIRUS and the nation being SHUT DOWN and this company would not refund my deposit. I was told it was an "act of god" and I could only reschedule. Even the wedding had to be canceled so rescheduling was not an option- which I explained to Michelle and she STILL refused to give me my deposit back. This company is trying to make money off of a sad situation and does not care about its clients. To say I am disgusted with Michelle and this company as a whole is an understatement. Hope my deposit keeps their greedy hands warm during this crisis when the rest of us are also struggling. read more

We hired Premiere for our wedding transportation on May 18, 2013. They were absolutely spectacular! First, their rates were the best we found in the area and their selection of vehicles was larger than many of the other limo companies we looked at. Second, the week of the wedding they called to confirm all our details which I really appreciated since I didn't have to try to remember to do it myself! Finally, the day of our wedding, our driver arrived 15 minutes before he was scheduled to. Not only did he check in with the front desk of our hotel but I received an email on my phone letting me know he had arrived. Our driver, Bill, was exceptionally kind and helpful. He helped me and my 50 lbs of dress get in and out of the limo multiple times and knew exactly where to take us for the ceremony and pictures afterwards without us having to give him directions. The limo was very clean and well stocked with glassware for our celebratory drinks. I would HIGHLY recommend Premiere for any event, especially wedding transportation. They were great! read more

We all asked for the driver to lower the temp but the air coming out was like the air from the engine coming into the vent. I (I am pretty sure everyone else) were sweating when we got to work. Let me start off by saying I have used your company several times before, last year for my daughter's junior prom and to and from the airport back in September 2016. I planned a family vacation for my family, which includes 8 passages. I used your services to get to the airport on July 9th, and because of the great customer service that was given to me before I chose to use you guys again. However on July 12th, getting picked up from the airport was a different story. I called the office as soon I was able to my phone and take it off of airplane mode. I asked if your driver could call me, because I didn't see them, not to mention I am traveling with 8 family members and 2 out of the 8 is my disabled daughter and my 4yr son. We are trying find luggage and look for the driver. I finally got a hold of the driver and yes I was frustrated, because I could find where they were parked. However your driver told me to " ratchet it down a bit" if this how Premiere Limo does business, I don't think I will use you guys again, oh and when I mentioned that to you on-call manager, he stated. " Are you threatening me, I will my driver to leave and refund you back you money" Its really sad that I, a paying customer was treated this way!!!! read more

The entire experience from reservation to pick up and drop off was excellent. I booked this service for my parents on their return home from vacation. Curtis was prompt and courteous in all of his communications while I booked the car service. Becky was a great driver, and met my parents at baggage claim, helped them to the car and safely delivered them home, where she helped them carry their luggage inside.
