I actually got a call from the dealer as I was typing this review for yelp. Dave tried blaming everything on me. He told me that because I asked them to put in after market parts that he didn't do his job lol... I have recorded multiple calls from the dealer ship. I have made a formal complaint with Chrysler and I am just completely upset with this establishment. Especially because I have been to 3 different dealer ships with my jeep during the 7 years I have had it. The only problem I have ever had was strictly with this dealer ship.
