One caliper replaced, new rotors, and pads. About two months later the rear caliper FELL OFF. No brakes!! He made good on replacing the caliper, but he didn't bother to bleed the brakes!! Now the brake response is spongy. The worst part of the experience is the lack of acknowledgment of a mistake...no apology for inconvenience. Everybody can make a mistake and when you do take responsibility and make it right...failed on both points.

Amazing experience overall!…read more Hillside Auto Repair got me in on short notice thanks to a cancellation -- I called and was in within an hour for two bulb replacements. Not only did they get that done quickly, but they also checked my tires, and the whole visit took about 40 minutes -- even with them having to go grab the parts. The best surprise? Their little buddy, McDonald's, kept me company while I waited -- he's the cutest! The staff were super friendly and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

The lady said her boyfriend would be right in to talk to me (in the office) whose name is James. Then I was like "well now I'm worried, I felt it when I walked in, like what's going on?" She immediately gave me attitude for wanting to know right then and there and with a crabby attitude proceeded to tell me "well the part u ordered couldn't be put on due to a pieace I could have went and got" like literally told me "I could have went and got" and it was a major thing I needed done the original reason I was even there! I even asked why I wasn't called I could have easily went and got that pieace who I turns out was a tiny gasket that's it! I got no answer and was walked out, left there wondering what the price would be now? Should be cheaper right? NOPE WAS $100 MORE!!!! AND I had to make another appointment on top of that and pay $200 MORE FOR THE WHOLE REASON I JUST BLEW $800 MORE there. NEVER AGAIN!!!
