If you are looking for top notch care and service for your orthodontist needs, I would suggest not looking anywhere else. This doctor provides the best care when it comes to his patients. I moved out of the area and used a local orthodontist; he did not compare to the care that we got from Dr. Bailey. Dr. Bailey is determined to get the best smile possible and down to the gumline. He is so careful when removing the braces (my other daughter had a tooth chipped and that orthodontist never informed us) and it is perfection from polishing to the gumlines. The office staff is so incredibly sweet and thoughtful. They quickly (next morning) got my daughter in for a permanent retainer fix and when checking out the staff asked me how my dive in was (around 2 hrs) and made it a point to show care about our drive home. The front staff, to the technicians, doodles that are in-office, to the doctor, you just will not find more dedicated caring orthodontist office. Seriously could this place be any more amazing for an orthodontist office. Not only does the coolest wooden door greet you as you walk up, but you walk in to a beautiful lobby with a castle like play area for the little kids, and beautiful sofa and chairs for the parents and older kids. To make this first visit even better my son had been very anxious about getting his braces process started and out walks a service dog. He walked right up to my son, sat for a minute smelled him then hopped right up to sit with him. My son was smiling ear to ear. This is no small feat my friends...he's a teenager everything is usually grunts or eye rolls these days. The staff was wonderful and explained the process step by step. My son has been going here for one year now (approximately 6 months to go!). Customer service here is excellent!!!!! I have not had any issues with any staff members. As a matter of fact, I have felt they go above and beyone. For example, recently I left without making his next follow up appointment. The week before we were due for our next visit, they called me to schedule the appointment. I didn't even have to call them! Those kinds of things make my life sooooo much easier! They offer many options to help you pay for the braces as well. Choices are always good! We have been pleased with the work so far and can't wait to see the end result! They also have an annual pool party that they invite all of the patients to. They have a rewards program for the kiddos - the kids have a card that they bring in to each visit and they earn points that they can trade in for prizes (good ones, too!). I am the type of person that hates appointments of any kind especially doctors and dentists. I have never felt ill towards my son's appointments here. Such a fantastic experience from beginning to end! Staff is very friendly, their office is totally streamlined and organized, and Dr. Bailey was wonderful! My daughter had braces put on by Dr. Bailey, and just had her last retainer check appointment yesterday. My son will need braces soon, and sees Dr. Bailey every six months (free of charge) to determine if he is ready yet, needs any treatment beforehand, and any needed xrays to determine how long he has to go until his adult teeth come in. Very customer service-oriented. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Also love the new therapy dog they have in-office to soothe any anxious patients. read more

I absolutely love this orthodontist and the AMAZING staff. We have been a client since 2016 and refer everyone to them. My son went through with no issues and I was always 100% confident in the abilities of Dr. Bailey and his trusty staff. My daughter started seeing them when she 8 to watch for when she needed braces and always felt welcomed on her 6 month progress checks. We moved out of state and she received braces there.
