    kind of shocked that I am writing a five star review for furniture store. But I definitely had a five star experience. We came to Bailey's years and years ago but didn't seem to find anything that fit for us. We're moving into our new home recently, We thought we would give it another shot. I'm so happy that we did. We originally came in just to purchase a few items, a wall bed for our spare bedroom but ended up buying a Buffet table as well so happy with the purchase! we also got a beautiful white bench with a few baskets that lives in our front entryway. We didn't want to risk building the Murphy bed or wall bed, what ever you want to call it! Brad was great at explaining and offering support but recommended we pay to have it built we agreed. We also paid for delivery! Delivery was cheaper than expected and it was delivered and built by delivery solutions a local company. They did really well. I saw some bad reviews on build and truly feel bad because I guessing it was not bailey's! Before you post a bad review reach out you will read later I had an issue and wow did they solve it! So we got the 1st 3 items and love them. We needed some new things for the living area and knew we would go see Brad again! No question! We went in and had an idea of what we wanted walked thru with Brad to get the items. We got the beautiful end table in the photos. We had a small issue with we didn't see but it was the last one and had a crack in the middle on the top. Didn't know until after it was cleaned off. Brad got someone from the back that fixes things like this said "ohh yea I can fix that and make the colors match close, might not be perfect but can be done" They said it might take a few days. I said no problem we did come in on a Sunday. They called me hours later saying it was done but needed to air out from the smell. They offered to keep there for me, I would come in the next day to get. You would never know it had a crack! It was so amazing! Honestly impressed they under promised and over delivered! So Sunday I left with two of my 3 items this one above stayed no big was happy it was going to be taken care of. We went home with the items wanted to just get them home asap and not wait a few days for delivery. We put together one of the items and think it was just bent wrong. we didn't notice when looking at the tops prior to leaving not something you would notice. It's ok, but when I went in Monday to pick up my item I realized that i texted the night prior and was given the customer service number to call. Why call i was here. Asked a very nice woman I later found out was Mrs Bailey! dang i meet the big boss and didn't realize. Explained one of the items we took home was not working and we just couldn't get to light up with the table top. She was very kind and asked for my info said let me see what the item is and if we have any. Ohhh yea we have more let's just exchange that for you. I asked if I could just exchange the part that was not working the three bar stools that I built worked great and had no issues. She said no problem and asked if she wanted her guys to build the bar top for me. I said that would be great! She said it wouldn't take to long, I explained that My car wouldn't be able to take both so I would run home with the one item then come back with my dads car because it wouldn't fit. She said hang on one second, she went into to talk to a driver. She came back and said I have a driver that is going to deliver it and the other item to you tonight. She said they will build it then he will call you when he is on his way. I know this is not the norm but wow way to go above and beyond! I thanked her and went home. The driver came shortly after and was blown away by him as well he brought in the fixed item looked amazing. Then brought out the new built item and said take a look I want to make sure it's ok with you if not I can take it back get you another. It looked great! He brought it in then took the one that was not working. Amazing customer service! Great prices and friendly staff! We are not going to go anywhere else! Thank you!

    BAILEYS FURNITURE STORE IS GARBAGE FURNITURE AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE! I meant to post this a couple weeks ago and the got busy. Bought an almost $2,000 hutch from them. It was a pain in the butt to pick it up. My salesperson person sent me pics of the part physically being in the warehouse and then that night when I sent my friend with the truck the warehouse workers said they couldn't find it and basically didn't care enough to keep looking. WORST PART- when I got the hutch finally the two pieces don't fit together at all. I expected their furniture to be light and cheap but not to the point where we had to shove cardboard in to keep the shelves straight. Terrible company. Conning people into buying things and then once they receive the money then you have to deal with the warehouse and customer service people in the back which they do not care since they know you have already paid and now can treat you like crap so don't be fooled by their amazing customer service inside the store while your shopping because that's not who you will be dealing with when collecting your items.​ Big sign that says "no returns on clearance items" and that's fine but the item I purchased was not fitting together and should have been considered for a trade in for the parts that do fit. I called customer service multiple times and was put on hold before talking to anyone and other times just hung up on. I even asked to talk to the GM and never received a call back or anything. Also there is a sign on the back of the hutch that says the fumes or dust may cause cancer. I wish I would have spent the extra money and purchased from William n K or Sadlers.

    They shouldn't even get a star. The worst experience I've had as an adult. Our experience this past trip to purchase furniture for our condo in Whittier has been a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. It doesn't even feel real, I'm in shock how everything happened to us with 2 out the 3 items we purchased. They offered no resolutions or remorse for THEIR MISTAKES. I take that back they tried to fix ONE of their mess ups and ended up destroying our walls in our condo If there is any way I could convince you not to go, I would. Terrible terrible experience and zero respect for this establishment.

    Horribly packaged couch

    My wife bought a $2k leather couch while on a trip to Anchorage. We live in SE Alaska. My wife specifically asked if the couch would be shipped in the original box to us for the long trek and Baileys sales rep reassured her it would be shipped in the original box that it came in for the trip down to SE. Baileys rep completely lied and they shipped it unpackaged, upside down and with a layer or 2 of thin plastic wrap on two pallets not connected together. It came damaged, dents in the leather, dirty and multiple scratches. Baileys has totally blamed it on the shipping company. They LIED to us about shipping it in a box and have made no effort to make it right. Do not buy from this company. They are liars and will not hold their sales reps accountable for lying to their customers. Horrible customer service.

It has been over six months since I purchased what was supposed to be my dream bed -- an adjustable mattress set with all the "bells and whistles." I worked hard for this purchase, and I expected quality. Instead, I've been left with a serious problem that has affected my daily comfort and even my health. Since day one, the bed has been off-level. The mattress tilts to the side so badly that I feel like I'm going to fall off. My husband is positioned an inch or two higher than me, and it's impossible to use a comforter or sleep comfortably because the bed is uneven. This is NOT the bed or mattress I saw on the showroom floor. I was told someone would come back to fix it -- specifically Hector, who was supposed to handle this -- but no one ever returned. The frame is sitting directly on the floor, the back support doesn't seem stable, and the entire setup feels unsafe. I cannot even use the adjustable remote because the bed is so unbalanced. At my age, this has caused physical strain and discomfort. This is unacceptable, and I feel misled. I paid for a top-of-the-line mattress set from Settlers and an Ultimate Mattress system, and what I received is nowhere near what was promised. I am requesting an immediate solution: * Come fix this bed properly, or * Pick it up and refund me, because this is not what I paid for. I expect the same urgency in resolving this that you had when taking my payment. Please have someone from corporate contact me as soon as possible. Nice enough and courteous but that's where the good stuff ends. We got the pricing information we needed but the explanation of items was lacking. We left and went to another store after being told that the mattress prices were set and all vendors had to sell them at the same price. Went to the other store that rhymes with freetorms gallery and the exact items we were looking at were exactly$1000 cheaper. We received all kinds of product information that was left out at this store. We won't be back. It is also bad form to discuss with customers how you are splitting the commission on our sale. Don't count your chickens...

The furniture quality here is a step above Ashley furniture. And there's a range of pro points in the store. I came in looking for guest bedroom furniture like a hide a bed or Murphy bed. They had many options but the bulk of them were either bulky and sold out or very dated and on the very pricy side. It'd more cost and time effective to order something high quality online and pay the shipping to Alaska. There did seem to be more styles here with better materials so that's a big plus. But for me I didn't find exactly what I'm looking for.

We were told it might take up to 8 weeks for our order to arrive in Alaska because we ordered a color they did not have in stock. That's totally fine, things take time to get shipped up here. Well, 8 weeks came and went and we had zero contact from the store about when our order would be delivered. Finally after calling and emailing them several times I got a call back saying that they would be scheduling the delivery for 1 November 25. The night prior to our scheduled delivery, we got a call from Russell (the salesperson that placed our order for us) saying that Richard (another salesperson) forgot to order a piece of the bed so the bed would actually not be delivered on 1 November. He said that Richard no longer works for their company and so he'd fix Richard's mistake. Richard did not take our order, Russell did. Russell then said he'd talk to a store manager about getting our $150 delivery fee refunded and he'd call us back the next day to confirm how we'd like that refund sent to us. We did not receive a call the next day or for the next several days. I emailed Russell and asked for an update and then he called my husband to tell him he needed a manager's approval and that he'd call my husband back the next day when a manager was in the store to assist. Well guess what, no call then either. We have requested to talk to a manger several times and every single time the response is "one should be working tomorrow". At the end of November, after not receiving any word about a refund on our delivery fee, I emailed Russell AGAIN to ask for an update on the refund and once again requested to speak to a manager. He said that our check was already in the mail and that he forwarded my contact information to the manager to call me. When the check arrived it was dated one day after I sent that email so he either forgot to send it or hoped that we would forget about the $150. Our bed finally got delivered on 13 December 2025, almost four months later. I am 8 months pregnant and slept on a mattress on the floor while waiting for this bed. I feel like I straight up harassed these people to get this bed delivered which is outrageous. I understand that things take time to get delivered up here, but when we were quoted 8 weeks and that time doubled because of a mistake on the company's part, I would have (at the very least) expected to speak to a manager when I requested to speak to one. They have done absolutely nothing to try to rectify this situation except make empty promises and place blame on other salespeople that don't even work at the store anymore. I have called and emailed both the salesperson that helped order our items and their company's direct email and I get nowhere with either. The same happens when I call, if they answer the phone at all. To date I have still not received a call back from a manager. I don't believe that one actually works at this store, nor do they give a s*** about what goes on there. Mistakes happen, but for the price point of this furniture, I am really really disappointed by the lack of concern they have for trying to correct a problem that they caused. I do NOT recommend shopping here. Support a different business that will actually value your hard-earned money and not try to give you the run around.
