I prepaid for a one-hour consultation with Molly Rosenblum. Unfortunately, I arrived approximately 30 minutes late due to mistakenly writing down the incorrect time. The front desk staff kindly informed me I could still proceed with the consultation, but I would be charged for the full hour. I completely understood and accepted this, as the error was on my part. However, when Molly entered the room, her demeanor immediately felt cold and dismissive. It was clear to me that my tardiness had set a negative tone. I began to explain my situation--being a wife and mother of 17 years who was now seeking a divorce, along with child support and alimony. To my surprise, her response was not only discouraging, but also dismissive of the considerable evidence I had gathered. She strongly advised me to "try to work out a fair amount " with my husband, citing the fact that his income "couldn't be proven," despite the documentation I had prepared. I left the consultation feeling uneasy and defeated, questioning whether I even had a case. Thankfully, I decided to seek a second opinion, and I'm so glad I did. With the support of a different attorney and a diligent paralegal, I was ultimately I got both child support and alimony. Everything Molly claimed I wouldn't be able to obtain--was proven wrong. While I understand that attorneys may have different approaches and strategies, I believe that consultations should leave clients feeling heard, respected, and empowered--not discouraged. Unfortunately May of 2023 I was involved in an unfortunate life altering event. I was involved in a fatal pedestrian accident on the highway, I received devastating news regarding a family member that was in the hospital and needing my assistance for this unfortunate time. As I was making my way to the hospital there was a pedestrian laying down in the middle of the highway which caused me to swerve out the way but not completely I impacted her on the lower right side of my vehicle. I didnt have any thought I would be arrested for any reason or even close to being introuble for this accident. I pulled over notifed authorities and stayed on site until police and medical services arrived. I cooperated with authorities giving them my side of the story on where I came from, where I was heading and why was I on the highway that night. Like I said I didnt have any thought why I would be arrested that night thats until one officer arrived on scene. Thats where the environment of the whole situation changed. I was asked to do a DUI sobriety test which I completely agreed to mind you I wasnt under the influence of any drugs nor alcohol the main factor this accident happened was the conditioning of the lighting on the highway it was pitch black and I only had so much time to avoid the pedestrian. Due to the shock a loss of life I wasnt thinking clearly which made me mess up/clue were found during the test which ultimately lead me to being arrested for DUI-RD (resulting in death) suspension of drugs I was transported down to CCDC (Clark County Detention Center) and was facing a felony charge when I knew I was completely innocent and was taken away from my family during a time they needed me the most. I spent 5 days in CCDC and was released by the judge due to no evidence of alcohol or drugs in my system at the time of the accident. I felt the officer that arrested me had already madd up his mind that he was gonna arrest me on a false charge way before he arrived on scene it was definitely a rush of judgement on behalf of the officer and lack of training. This officer has been with the department of NHP for 8 years and I can only imagine who else's life he has ruined during those 8 years of being with the department. I knew I had a strong case so I took all the necessary steps to ensure I did. I went to NHP area command a filed a formal complaint against the officer for his actions and what he did to me. I did my research for civil rights law firms that would hear me out and not just take the police side. Thats where I found Lagomarsino law and I thank god every day I found this law firm. I explained every that happened to me that same week I had an in person interview to explain more in depth what happened and the cause and effects of what occurred that night. Thats where the staff told me we have a very solid case of civil rights violations. As of 2 months ago NHP (nevada highway patrol) admitted fault for the false arrest and did various things out of policy. Mr. Lagomarsino, taylor, denise were always in conatct me and keeping me informed of what was happening and always took the time to look at it from my point of view. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and not once did I ever think they would abandon me. I cant thank enough the staff at this law firm and I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone that has been a victim of false arrest, civil rights violations. Thank you guys for everything.

I am extremely disappointed with the representation I received…read more Throughout my case, court filings were repeatedly delayed, and on one occasion a document was filed with significant errors that I had to identify and correct myself. I found myself reviewing and correcting court documents multiple times before they were submitted. Several motions were filed incorrectly, resulting in the court denying them due to procedural issues. Communication was also a major concern. Responses to emails and requests for updates were often delayed or nonexistent, leaving me uncertain about the status of my case. I felt that I had to repeatedly follow up just to receive basic information about filings and deadlines. Most concerning was that my attorney withdrew from my post-divorce matter while a child custody case was still pending. After initially agreeing to represent me, I was informed that the case had become too COMPLICATED. This left me in a difficult position during an active custody dispute leaving me without representation regarding my son. During court appearances, I did not feel that my attorney was adequately prepared or familiar with the details of my case. This was frustrating and undermined my confidence in the representation I was receiving. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this attorney. Clients deserve timely communication, accurate filings, thorough preparation, and representation that continues through critical stages of their case. In addition a complaint has been filled with a third party as well as the attorney board regarding her assistance.
