I'm sure these guys are great, though I wouldn't know. Despite calling them based on a recommendation from another lawyer, they never even considered my claim, explaining only that my inquiry was "being reviewed by the Intake Team." Three weeks later, i received one last email from the Intake Team explaining that, "Mr. Christian has been out of jurisdiction," whatever that means. (Must be like being in "the Real World" in The Matrix.) If a company can't be honest with a prospective client, i wonder what that means for their existing ones. read more

If you're reading this review, you're having issues with your employer. This is a legal office you should consider hiring, I did and in the end, WE WON ! Prepare yourself prior to setting an appointment with any legal consultation. If your a member of a Union, use your contract agreement resolution steps first, before seeking any outside legal advice. The most difficult aspect is to keep your business confidential. Don't openly express your thoughts, feelings and negative work experiences to co-workers meaning don't involve others until you meet with an Attorney. Work drama, misperception and your emotions can cause more problems. This restraint is very difficult so seek a neutral safe solution by using emotional support which is available through your medical insurance. You may believe a co-worker is your friend until they surprise you and betray your trust in some way. Be careful as actions speak louder than sweet promising words that in the end, are empty and meaningless. Start making a daily routine of logging data: interactions between yourself with any members of management, Human Resources, events of discipline and note the date, time, location, names, work titles and witness details. Again, keep these records confidential. If you remain working, act respectfully towards others, attempt to complete your job duties as best you can and return from breaks in a timely manner. Hold your head up with pride and smile. You should have a copy your companys "Employee Handbook," any department policy in written form and any other supporting documents (this includes discipline actions, write-ups, suspension or termination) anything you sign, request a copy, its a part of your employee rights. It's okay if your request goes unanswered for now, just document the lack of fulfilling your request. Protecting yourself takes work, patience and control of your own emotions. Most importantly, don't lie at anytime ! This legal office is extremely experienced in fighting for employees rights but your behavior, actions and support is just as important to the case. Get your ducks in a row, don't wait too long (there is a Statue of time Limitation) and get support so your able to eat and sleep well. I would NEVER recommend this law firm. Kane Messer charged me $500 for a consultation, after hearing my claim, he advised that I had a claim to which we would file. However, Kane suggested I allow the EEOC to investigate. Once the EEOC provided my Right to Sue letter, Kane chose not to represent me. He got me out of $500 for a conversation. DO NOT pay this firm.
