Passed the Rumpke trash truck moments before pulling in my driveway (appears they had just picked…read moreup our garbage). When I got to my driveway there was garbage all over the end of my driveway. I called them immediately to come pick up the garbage they threw everywhere. The customer service representative said she put into dispatch to come pick it up. I went down to investigate further and found the can was cracked down the side. So I called back to have them replace the can, they stated "it wasn't their can so there wasn't anything they could do" but they could add to the request to pick up the broken can. I even said I would put the garbage in the can so all they had to do was grab it. Made me pay $39 for a Rumpke can rental for the year as a replacement. Needless to say it's 9:30p the same day and they NEVER came to pick up the can after I picked up the trash THEY threw all over the driveway. I even checked my cameras to make sure it wasn't in the driveway prior to me passing them moments before. Now I have a broken can that's 3/4 way full of trash. 1/8/2024

We have been trying to cancel with this company for several months. Our contract, which Rumpke…read morebought from another company, has expired. We called to cancel and were told we cannot do so without speaking with our account representative. We were finally able to speak with her, after several phone calls, and were told we would need to send a certified letter of cancellation. The letter was sent, and received and signed for, but we were then told it would need to speak with the account representatives sales manager to process the cancellation. We requested a call. It has now been 12 days since the certified cancellation letter was received. We have made 15 additional calls, emails, and text messages, and have still not received a return call to finalize the cancelation and schedule to dumpsters to be removed. This company and their customer service department has been absolutely horrible to work with. Consider your options before signing an agreement with this company.
