They let me know when they were on the way, & when they were here, they were extremely polite, professional & friendly. And to know they will try to keep the items out of landfills if they can be donated or used by someone. Love that! Definitely will be my go-to for removing stuff that needs to go!

This was my first visit to an Ohio park to explore, and will defintly check out other locations in the near future. The vistor center staff were friendly ; the center itself was marvelous with variety of things to explore,the tree exhibit, the bird feeding area, kids area , turtles and the akorn gift shop. The gift shop shaped in a Maple leaf, in my opinion was genuis , simple addition to center for kids and nature lovers. Fall will be approaching soon; be sure to hike and enjoy the beauty of nature with exercise and fresh air.

The courtesy he extended me was far beyond what I ever would have hoped for and I'm very grateful that he left the shop open for me to retrieve my phone.
