The flooring is so rotted out you will fall completely thru the floor. Kitchen ceiling collapsing from roof leak with black mold exposed. The toilet wasn't even bolted to the floor. Broken windows.......and after fighting with them for 8 months, to retaliate they served me with eviction papers. Mark from Mahoning county dispute resolution called Clear Sky and Felisha the operations manager refused to speak to them. They also charged me with a 417 water bill when I have no water meter or was told I owed a water bill. When asked for a copy of the water bill refuse to provide me with one. They will lie and commit fraud at a drop of a hat. And Bill their maintenance man is such a yes man....he will lie to protect them. Guess what Bill.....my security cameras wont let you get away with it. They should be shut down.
