I had a couple windows that ended-up needing repair, so Charese worked with the window company, and really knocked my socks off with how affordable those repairs ended-up. While I agree there are…read moredisadvantages to having a broker who represents both seller and buyer, Tara did a fantastic job of navigating what are very common (and challenging) issues in today's real estate market. The issue was that the appraisal on the property came in well below the asking price and the seller was not willing to, as we ALL have to, accept the state of the market. Both buyer and seller were emotionally invested and Tara was in the middle. It is not her fault that I found the property independently, and it is not her fault that the seller accepted my original offer, and the market dictated a different outcome. You can't control that, or the Lenders who would not at any level approve a loan for more than the appraisal (which, by the way, Tara went through great lengths to have the appraisal modified). TARA IS A GREAT BROKER. I WILL USE HER AGAIN. I GIVE THE SELLER ONE STAR for being greedy. Tara ended up with nearly no commission, maybe a loss, to push through the closing DO NOT JUDGE on a rating based on GREED. Thank you Tara. You did a fantastic job.
