My son started ortho treatment with an expander and then Invisalign a few years ago- Dr. Baird and team provided great service with thorough support, adjusted care accordingly, and process was smooth! Staff is always helpful and appointments were easy to schedule, especially with school and activities. My son's teeth look great! My daughter is now starting a similar treatment plan. Expander has loosened twice but team was able to see her the same day or next day to fix the issue. Had virtual consultation call today at 10am, I never received a call nor was informed that they were canceling. I called the office before my appointment time to confirm they had everything they needed from me and after my appointment time to see what happened but no one picked up. I had rearranged my schedule today to be able to make the call but they just wasted my time. PS I've been shopping around for a ortho and they are the only office that make you take your own pictures prior to coming in. Strange way to do a consultation for something so personal my opinion. read more

Dr. Baird and her entire team are absolutely phenomenal. I came in for a second opinion on whether I should extract teeth for orthodontia, and I'm so happy Dr. Baird was my second opinion. She recommended not pulling teeth, and came up with a comprehensive treatment plan to get me a great smile by my wedding. I was quoted 16-24 months of treatment and finished in 11!! The front desk staff or Crystal and Erin are both so sweet and great at scheduling around you. All the techs that have worked on my Invisalign during treatment were great. I had one attachment fall off and they got me in a day or two following. I cannot recommend them enough! read more

Final update to my review. I've finished all of the first set of trays and Dr. Baird suggested just a few more to polish the results. She said it was time to be "nit-picky", and I loved that about her. A few more trays closed the gap between my top and bottom teeth. Not bad for someone who should have had braces 30 years ago! Still one of the best things I've done for myself. Now, two of my adult children want to go to her. Dr Baird is the best! read more

Do NOT recommend. My child had a virtual consultation from Baird's assistant Erin. It was a bad experience to say at least. She did not pay any attention to the kid's specific oral condition. After obtaining my child's oral pictures, Erin gave me a generic pricing, saying this is what you would be paying. I asked if she applied sibling discount (my elder child got service from this orthopedist) and she said yes (but I do not see it reflected). It makes me feel this same "quote" was probably given to many other patients as well. She showed no interest in quoting based on my child's needs. I clearly felt all she cared was about making money. Just a very bad experience especially as a to-be-returning customer. I won't be returning and do NOT recommend. read more

I came here for a consultation for my son and it felt rushed and unusual when I was speaking with an assistant and a "manager" more than the actual doctor. Certainly did not feel like we received personal individualized attention but more like we were a number and then on to the next person. They were packed and it was crowded, so I guess that's the way to handle this if you overbook and have one doctor. I've been to a number of dentists offices and can't say I'll be returning to this one. read more

Dr Baird is excellent. We have had a good experience with Dr. Baird so far with two boys starting their orthodontic care. She is very gentle and thorough. Her staff is also quite competent and helpful. We have had to deal with one emergency situation where one of my son's knocked off one of his fittings and she responded immediately to the call and scheduled an appointment to fix it very quickly. We are very happy with the car our sons are getting from Dr. Baird! read more

My experience at Baird Orthodontics was excellent! Dr. Baird is very good at what she does, and the staff is knowledgeable and caring as well. The facility is full of sunshine, sweet professionals, and fun dec. As an adult who already had braces as a teenager, I was not enthused to start the process of having braces a second time. Nonetheless, Dr. Baird made the process of pushing my teeth into the correct place for implants as painless and fast as possible. I was toying between braces and Invisalign, and she recommended regular braces to speed up the process. I'm so glad I listened to her as we were done sooner than expected. I had to make room for two implants in the front so it took about 8 months. Not going to lie, wearing braces was not easy. The practice will supply you with tons of wax so you don't destroy your gums. In the end, it all worked out. Dr. Baird did an excellent job placing the teeth in the correct place, my implant surgeon did a great job inserting the implants, and my cosmetic dentist made me two beautiful teeth. I definitely did my homework looking for my Smile dream team and it was all worth it. I've supplied a few pics of the practice. I really think they did a beautiful job with the place.
